Ron Paul Campaign Welcomes Constitutional Law Heavyweight Bruce Fein as Senior Advisor

LAKE JACKSON, Texas--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--The Ron Paul 2012 Presidential Campaign announced today that constitutional and international law expert Bruce Fein will join the campaign as senior advisor on legal matters.

“Bruce Fein’s participation adds to our campaign’s already intellectual heft, enabling us to more broadly engage the conversation about constitutionality, civil liberties and the dangers to national security of an increasingly interventionist foreign policy,” said Ron Paul 2012 Campaign Chairman Jesse Benton.

Mr. Fein served as associate deputy attorney and general counsel to the Federal Communications Commission under President Ronald Reagan. He served as Research Director for Republicans on the Joint Congressional Committee on Covert Arms Sales to Iran, and on the American Bar Associations Committee on Presidential Signing Statements. He has been a Visiting Fellow for Constitutional Studies at the Heritage Foundation and an adjunct scholar at American Enterprise Institute. He has advised numerous countries on constitutional reform, including South Africa, Hungary and Russia.

From http://www.oakparkrepublic.com/2011/08/august-23-2011-1209-p...

Mr. Fein graduated from Harvard Law School with honors in 1972. He has worked in and out of government in Washington, D.C. for 39 years, and penned a weekly column for The Washington Times for more than two decades. He is a frequent witness before Congress.

Mr. Fein is the founding member of Bruce Fein & Associates, Inc., and is a principal of a public advocacy organization, The Lichfield Group.

He is the author of Constitutional Peril: The Life and Death Struggle for our Constitution and Democracy, and American Empire Before The Fall.

About his appointment, Mr. Fein stated: “I am honored to advance the Republican presidential aspirations of Ron Paul. He is the only candidate in the field who understands and practices the constitutional principles and philosophy of the Founding Fathers that made this nation a government of the people, by the people, for the people. He is the only candidate who knows that limited government and war are antonyms, not synonyms. He is the only candidate who repudiates aimless, endless wars at extravagant expense. And Dr. Paul is the only candidate that recognizes that the glory of a Republic is liberty, not domination.”

Sibel Edmonds divides Ron Paul campaign!

Seems when Sibel saw Bruce Fein was hired by the Ron Paul campaign, she saw the writing on the wall: PRESIDENT RON PAUL. This is another attempt to have the Nader supporters, and progressives to not support Ron Paul, as if Nader wouldn't have had to do the same thing to actually win, instead of collect law suits in numberous states to prove that the system is corrupt. We know that. Maybe that's why it takes a Bruce Fein to win? I think so.

It's going to take all kinds of people, from a wide spectrum, and truth is, we are not all going to agree on all the issues, all the time. We don't all agree on many issues as it is. But I KNOW one thing, and why Sibel Edmonds, Bruce Fein, Doug Wead... Main Stream Media, it doesn't matter in the big picture, because in the big picture, the truth is, there is no other candidate to vote for. You can say you won't support Ron Paul anymore because of what Sibel exposed, but who do you and Sible have? NO ONE!!! Ron Paul is going to be president despite Sibel, Fein, Wead, and conditional supporters who really don't mind Obama after all.

Beginning of the End?

While Cong/Dr. Paul is just about everything I'd consider good, honest, truthful and great for America and best of all, present and future Americans, I'd consider bruce fein and people of his ilk (he is part of the 'ilk' world, I'm afraid to say) are the anti-thesis. He and his kind are everything I'd consider wrong with America and the world at large.
He'll take money from anyone and has proven this to be the case, monies 'earned' at the worsening of America. He's a blue-toothed shyster - and if he's not canned from the Paul campaign, it's clear to see it's curtains for any chance of legitimacy.

Fein = Political Mercenary for Hire aka "Lobbyist ala Boba Fett"

Fein is indeed the "Boba Fett"/"Deadpool" of our campaign.
Does he believe in liberty? Depends, how much money ya got?..
Will he do a good job? Depends, how much money ya got?....
uggghhh....
Here's the deal, we attack people like Romney for having lobbyists run his campaign, but then when we do it, it's ok?...
Yoda didn't need to hire Boba Fett, he knew the force would prevail.
But WHO hired "Boba Fett"?... Jabba The Hutt & Darth Vader.
So, is Ron Paul's campaign more like the "Empire" or "The Rebel Alliance"?.... These days it's gettin' harder and harder to tell.

"sometimes I hug the coffee table when no one is looking."

Uggghh.. gag me with a spoon.....

Ok, that does it. No more financial support for the official campaign until these dunces are gone. I'll be donating to RevolutionPAC and doing my grassroots activism, but as long as the official campaign is being run by neocons like Fein & Benton, I won't be on board with them. I've got a very very very bad feeling in the pit of my stomach over this.

"sometimes I hug the coffee table when no one is looking."

You guys really don't think campaign knows his background?

You must have missed this line in the PR:

Fein knows the inside ballgame that is our foreign policy. He is converted and is likely advising the campaign on how all of this works......because he used to do it. It is called experience.

No...

By your rationale the British had great experience in running the colonies. Funny how we didn't ask them for advice, huh?

A reformed scumbag can't make his past disappear. I thought we were more principled than that. Doug Wead was bad enough. I have no respect for and want nothing to do with anyone who used our broken and tyrannical system to benefit themselves.

Just read Sibel Edmonds' "The Greatest Plot Against the

Ron Paul Camp to Date" (Aug 30, 2011 @
http://news.officialwire.com/main.php?action=posted_news&rid...)

Quite damaging, well documented article. Bruce Fein specializes in lobbying for foreign governments and (frequently shady) entities and influence peddling (congress, the State Dept & CIA). As an adjunct scholar with the AEI (Am Enterprise Institute) his loyalty and allegiance is to Israel and Israel lobby. John Bolton raised fund for Bruce' wife, Mattie Fein, when she ran against Jane Harman in 2010.

Sibel's summary statement on Bruce Fein is brutal: "glitzy-oily foreign lobbyist, who stands in total contrast to Paul's platform".

Perhaps the RP campaign should carefully RECONSIDER their relationship with Bruce Fein.

The Greatest Plot Against the Ron Paul Camp To Date

Who ‘Really’ Is this Bruce Fein?
Tuesday, 30. August 2011 by Sibel Edmonds

Last week, right after publishing my article on Congresswoman Schmidt and Bruce Fein’s brilliant foreign lobby money rechanneling-laundering scheme, and to my shock, I found out about this:

The Ron Paul 2012 Presidential Campaign announced today that constitutional and international law expert Bruce Fein will join the campaign as senior advisor on legal matters.

“Bruce Fein’s participation adds to our campaign’s already intellectual heft, enabling us to more broadly engage the conversation about constitutionality, civil liberties and the dangers to national security of an increasingly interventionist foreign policy,” said Ron Paul 2012 Campaign Chairman Jesse Benton.

hmmmm

dont know what to think about this, advisor or not we all know that RP would always do what his conscience approves, if this guy wanted him to something he doesnt approve of he wouldn't do it.

Please Reconsider

With all due respect, Dr. Paul, after all this time and money and energy, how in the world could you allow a Neocon, an insider, Bruce Fein, someone who will answer to special interests groups that are pro Israel and pro Zionist, who may have been sent into your camp to control and manage you for the opposition, and who could sabotage all of your hard work, how could you jeopardize the future of this nation and us citizens, by bringing in this Trojan horse shill?
Please reconsider this choice, it's not too late to reverse your decision.
If you stay with your decision, please be very careful, and remember what our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ said in Matthew, "Be wise as serpents, but gentle as doves."
Peace.

Bruce Fein

Anyone seen this regarding Bruce Fein? : http://www.boilingfrogspost.com/

BRUCE FEIN WILL DESTROY THE CAMPAIGN

http://www.boilingfrogspost.com/2011/08/30/the-greatest-plot...

Sibel Edmonds is an intelligence insider with the FACTS. Please listen to her:

"Ron Paul has been consistent and exemplary in his strongly held principles on the Foreign lobby and influence peddling; a rarity in the US Congress... With Bruce Fein you have exactly the opposite stand. He has been a crusty foreign lobbyist making millions of dollars peddling his foreign bosses’ interests and influence in Congress and government agencies. For Fein it has never mattered who the foreign client or what their agenda. He does not care whether his foreign clients are criminals or terrorists or dictators. As long as they pay him handsomely he’ll sell their agenda and interest no matter what they may be."

Any corroborating evidence>

?

Free includes debt-free!

He's a Nerdy Law And Order Freak

He originally was the DOJ's mouthpiece for every punitive criminal enactment. Wholly improper as Ron's Legal Advisor. This is the first time I totally disagree with Ron about anything.

Stop name calling and provide concrete proof,

Or realize you've probably been brainwashed by the media. You prolly will be compelled to acknowledge, after you get your facts right, that RP was right again!

Bruce Fein is no good, he is a Zionist and a fraud. Ron Paul should not accept him.

Bruce Fein

Fein would also make a great choice for VP

and he would be brutal in a debate :-)

What a great endorsement

He is the only candidate in the field who understands and practices the constitutional principles and philosophy of the Founding Fathers that made this nation a government of the people, by the people, for the people. He is the only candidate who knows that limited government and war are antonyms, not synonyms. He is the only candidate who repudiates aimless, endless wars at extravagant expense. And Dr. Paul is the only candidate that recognizes that the glory of a Republic is liberty, not domination.”

Bruce Fein is a Gentleman

And a real smart fellow. Ron Paul has good taste in advisors.

Bruce Fein is no gentleman

He's a very odd choice for the Ron Paul campaign. I agree with Sibel Edmonds that this is a move from the power elite to derail the campaign.

VICE PRESIDENT---NAPOLITANO

Hopefully, we will know soon just who he would select, and if the Judge really wants to see this country turn around, I hope he feels obligated to do this! I really do...

I know campaigning would be hard, but with the Judge's help, I feel we could make RON PAUL a reality into PRESIDENT PAUL.

ytc's picture

Yes! Judge A Napolitano as VP will give Ron, a visionary,

a GREAT down-to-earth legally savvy anchor to the ticket. And he is eminently qualified to step in as Pres, if needed.

Smart

Smart Guy.

fascinating man...

..spoke with him for a couple of hours late into the evening at last year's liberty summit in orlando.

great addition to the rp team. congrats!

question for Mr.Fein

Would love to have more info on what he counseled the FCC on.

Solid

Info from Wiki on his most recent book:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bruce_Fein

"American Empire: Before the Fall"
Published by Campaign for Liberty, June 2010. ISBN 1452829535

... condemns the aggressive foreign policy of the United States for being devoid of concrete objectives, and as such, doomed to war in perpetuity.

According to Fein, foreign policy as it stands is earmarked by domination for the sake of domination and gaping wounds to the rule of law and separation of powers. Fein writes:

"The larger national motivation is to dominate the world for the excitement of domination.

The narrower particular motivation of the President is to reduce coequal branches of government to vassalage, to place the President above the law, and to justify secret government without accountability.

James Madison’s admonitions about presidential wars have been vindicated."[25]

This is NOT the real Bruce Fein

Please read Sibel Edmonds' latest article. She goes in-depth into Fein's record. He is a PLANT from the establishment to DERAIL THE CAMPAIGN.
