The greatest gun grab in world history is in the midst of debate in the UN and is being pushed by Obama, Holder, Clinton, and all of Obama's Czars. Citizens of the United States, in fact citizens around the world, deserve to know what this treaty, if ratified by the Senate, would mean to Americans. Here is a brief synopsis:
• If ratified by the Senate the treaty would void the Second Amendment to the US Constitution.
• The Treaty would violate the Tenth Amendment transferring and federalizing gun ownership, regulation and licensing nationally.
• Require the establishment of a national data bank (federal) of all gun owners.
• Ban the sale, transportation and trade of all semi-automatic guns that have been in use since the 1890s.
• Confiscate all "UNAUTHORIZED" (a word not defined in the document) civilian firearms.
• Require a federal license for the purchase and ownership of any gun.

The real question is: Where is the outrage?
When will America get off of its collective lazy ass and say "No More!" The greatest erosion of the Bill of Rights was the Patriot Act, and once they get our guns and ban the internet, we will be forced to take action by any means necessary.
Will Americans stand up or lie down? I am inclined to believe the latter, and it is a scary thought to say the least.
Hopefully, the Senate will not ratify this complete violation of our rights. Clinton is poised to become UN Chief, and right now seems to be a shoe-in for the spot. How much harm will this cause? How much harm to our economy was the fruit of his work? Did we truly prosper from his actions?
Judging by the economic quagmire that we find ourselves in, I say not! We must remember to stay vigilant and protect our rights, at any cost!

Criminals don't follow laws, so they will always be able to get weapons.
We currently have criminals, law-abiding citizens, and governments with guns. So they want more laws where criminals and any law-abiding citizens mistrustful of government become criminals. Then you have only governments and "criminals" with guns?
So to enforce it they would probably say we need TSA style checkpoints, but instead of at airports, on streets...

This is so obviously a blatant attempt to make control of the populace easier, and rising up against tyranny harder. Unbelievable.

If this not only passed but was ENFORCED I would suspect that this would be the final nail in the coffin between the states and the federal governments. Something horribly bad would happen. Of course the federal government will try to point the finger at the UN suggesting it is their laws and it is their military that is enforcing it....but the blood would be on the fed's hands and it would then be the responsibility of our states to rise above it all and refuse to allow these tyrants into their states to enforce illegal law.

People aren't smart enough to figure out that giving up A LITTLE liberty is BAD... even if it's to protect us from terrorists.

Treaties can't override the Constitution
Though, we have allowed politicians to sell us on ideological issues, which seem to be logical to remedy social and political maladies, most of these created laws and regulations are unconstitutional. Remember, the majority of these a-holes in Congress are attorneys, and they know if a law is past, though unconstitutional, only someone with extremely deep pockets can take it through the grueling stages of the court process. In my opinion, the courts have been purposely ideologically sided, to virtually prevent the middle class from fighting ideological driven Constitution usurping legislation. Besides the politicians, the MSM and the radio hacks sell us on separate ideologies, to keep us distracted, polarized, and willing to back unconstitutional ideologies when 'our' side gets the Congress majority and/or presidency.
I hear the deceiver's on the radio state, 'I like much of what Ron Paul says about the economy, but I don't agree with his ideology'. Since, I have been 'deprogramed' from all the brainwashing BS, I think WTF??? They want us to believe their ideology deceptions are the right way, and Ron Paul, Jefferson, Washington, Madison, and the Constitution are wrong!!! There are several reasons they do this, but the main reason is they get paid well to sell us on certain agendas. They also must tow the line on with the fraudulent Zionist cause, or they will be forced out.
The Founder's created an Amendment process if there was good reasons to make changes. However, these elected attorneys, have built a process through their 'Brotherhood', to make ways to skirt the Constitutional process, thus virtually destroying it systematically. It is up to 'Us' to expose this crime by waking people up to this scam, and challenging the radio hacks, that they have zero respect for the Founder's or the Constitution. Don't mention Ron Paul to the radio hacks, only target the Founder's, say 'research it'. The way to defeat the establishment is by attacking them with the Founder's, not Ron Paul. If people start to research the messages of the Founder's, they will migrate to Ron Paul.

Treaties do not trump the Constitution
And when it comes to the Second Amendment, people tend to forget that it was not inacted so that we could have guns for hunting or sporting reasons. It was inacted so that we could have protection from a tyrannical government.

This comes to light months
This comes to light months after operation fast and furious was discovered and ended in the death of two US border Patrol agents and countless Mexican citizens. The operation made it possible for thousands of guns to flow to criminals in the US and Mexico with the help of ATF.
Soon after, the violence and surge in gun trafficking(caused by ATF) was the justification for a new ban on the purchase of multiple rifles within a certain amount of time in most southern states.
No doubt the violence from this failed program as well as "combating arms trafficking" will also be the justification for this UN treaty.
It's funny that the Gov't can start a program that increases arms trafficking, then introduce laws to combat arms trafficking soon after. Seems we need a law to combat Gov't laws.

We got off to a good start. Bill of Rights is great example.
We granted very limited authority to our Federated Union of States when we created our republic. Our Bill of Right explicitly stated rights that were ours from birth... inalienable. Even stated a right of free press so that we could communicate freely.

Our Constitutional US Senate has not been seated since 1913. And there is no 17th Amendment forcing direct elections of US Senators. The states must continue choosing 2 senators to send to the US Senate. They represent their state that sent them. Election of US Senators was left up to the states. The Constitutions states simply they must be 30 years old.
Even if you believe in the 17th Amendment buffoonery, "Deemed to Pass" = "Not ratified, but good enough" for the all mighty Secretary of State, Philander Knox." The 17th proposed amendment did not change the Constitution. There was no authority to do what it proposed. States debated difference proposals, were on recess, or voted on something different. The 17th was a sham foist upon our land.
In summary, what this means is: there are zero valid laws passed since the 1913 Congress. Zero.
We are free.
No US Federal Laws, since 1913.
No IRS. etc. etc. etc.

This was one of Hillary's
first items on her agenda as soon as Obama named her Sec. of State. I remember hearing a radio report of her going to all these countries with this "treaty" that included a 'ban on all privately owned firearms.' Since I was still unaware (& a registered Democrat), all I thought at the time was, "Oh, it's in our Constitution & the American people don't want that changed, so this will go away."

In some parts near where I live, the county sheriff warned the BLM if they tried to confiscate land that didn't belong to them they would be arrested by a swat team. The BLM backed down.
