Who killed Benazir Bhutto

0 votes

BBC international radio had a great interview with the a former head of the A former head of Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), The name sounded like Hamid Gould?

The interviewer asked about who he thought was involved in the murder of Bhutto and what he would do to investigate this murder, who would he question or arrest. He found it very strange that right after incident the “murder the scene” instead of being protected was washed off with massive water guns. He really saw this as an unorthodox procedure and someone had to order that. It was less than 30 minutes after the incident when these huge water cannons came out.....to vlean the scene. Much trace evidence would have been compromised.

All evidence would be lost and he saw this as a deliberate move to hide something. When asked about al Qaeda and the Taliban, he did say they could possibly be behind this but he would put them way, way down the list. He was told that this was a typical terrorist attack but Gould said that these groups were not likely to do it and another group could use that same tactic to lay blame on the “terrorist” . He said that the Taliban were a very unlikely group to have sponsored this and that Bhutto recently had formed a very positive dialogue with them, although possible very unlikely.

When asked again who was at the top of the list he said that it was all about the nuclear weapons in Pakistan and that the US, or Israel would be at the top of his list. When asked the reason, he said it’s all about the nuclear arsenal and the west needs to have a reason to come in and take over those and use Pakistani’s instability as the reason.

He also placed the fault on Musharef as creating this situation and thus needs to resign and name a consensus temporary governmnet so they can have new election as soon as possible.

Does it matter?

We need to get out now while we still can! I really feel bad about Bhutto being killed, it really struck me today when I heard, despite her hidden politics she was a symbol of change and freedom and her death came as a shock to me. However it is really unwise to speculate about who may have been involved in the killing. The region is totally unstable due to our policies we need to let Pakistan sort out their own problems.

Like Princess Di...

I remember 8/31/1997 like it was yesterday, and it was my birthday which makes it all the more memorable.. when Princess Di was murdered...

I got almost, not quite, but almost the same emotions and surreal feelings of disbelief I got today... like a sunk feeling... What's the irony that the breaking news came out this morning live while Ron Paul was just seconds earlier talking to Morning Joe on MSNBC about Pakistan, and then the news broke while he was still being interviewed... sad...

People need to understand that the world is run by uncompromising, hardcore criminals, and thugs... positive thinking and self help meditations of happy thoughts aren't going to get the job done taking freedom back and stomping the NWO.

Bhutto's ally/friend, Nawaz Sharif, was on NPR yesterday from

his home in Pakistan, ON HOUSE ARREST!!! He told NPR that MI5, Scotland Yard, etc. need to come out IMMEDIATELY, within 1 day, to assure a proper investigation and forensic study and crime scene investigation for accuracy... and few other organizations, independent or something to that effect, he said if they didn't and waited a week or two to do it, it would be proof that Musharref (sp?) was complicit... Nawaz Sharif also said that he was apalled that back in October when the first attempt on Bhuttos life was attempted, THERE WAS NO INVESTIGATION BY PAKISTAN GOVERNMENT OR ANYONE ELSE! Smoking gun... Earth hello? Musharref/CIA (logistically and security speaking) ops most likely had this planned, 1, 2, 3... think about it 12 or so days ago he lifted the martial law lockdown, etc. and most likely did this in anticipation of Bhutto coming back, so the streets would be allowed to be flooded with people to be such a large diversion to more easily allow Bhutto to be taken out.

Also, another smoking gun type of possibility.. DID anyone notice that immediately after she died in the hospital during surgery, the media already got ahold of pictures of the coffin she was already in being carried through the streets? What happened to criminal investigation, thorough autopsy of the body (doesnt this take days at least, especially on such a HIGH profile political figure in her own country), etc etc... Something smells of stinky pig...

The ISI (Pakistan Intel Service)

is a problem in itself.
Certain fractions within the service were always and are still supporting the Taleban in Afghanistan.

And why?
Political influence in the first place.
Then lots of money - DRUGS. Afghanistan is the largest producer of heroin.
And they know who will be the future rulers - some islamic government.
Aghanistan has never been colonized.
The British tried several times - and failed.
The former Sovjetunion tried and failed.
And the US and their allies will fail.

Believe me, I travelled this country in the seventies and I never met such tough and strong and dedicated people.

There are very strong tribal ties across the border with Pakistan, which explains the hatred for the US and their invasion.

And this quagmire, including the current unrest in Pakistan, will come to an end, when foreign forces leave the area.

Like Dr. Paul says: Lets sort them things out by themselves!

Even when there will be some bloodshed.
In the end it will make no difference if people over there die by their own guns or american bombs.

You cant impose Your will or Your way of life to nations with a totally diffferent culture!!!

Hmmmmmmmmm.

Didn't we encourage her to return and bring democracy back?

We stand at the cross roads

In this country we stand at the cross roads between good and evil. Bush is more likely than not sitting in the back watching as Benazir Bhutto was gunned down Thursday in Pakistan. This is perhaps a testing ground to see what would happen here if something such as this was to take place here in the USA. How would the people respond if such an act was to happen to our man?
Don't put it past Bush to think of something this evil. Cheney and Bush are super wicked people. Our economy is headed south on Bush's fast track, our boarders are down. According to this Patriot Act the standing president can stop an election during a time of terroristic threat to the USA, ie., dirty explosive, whatever. So look out for Bush to remain in office and Maritial law to happen here.

Real eyes realize real lies

2012, we want our country back

2012 is the year for Ron Paul!

MSM Report: http://www.msmreport.com/

Daily Paul is not the place to discuss this

This does not win Iowa or New Hampshire votes. No one here knows what happened to Bhutto - those who care to discuss it should take it to another forum.

And if you think the Frost video proves anything, you try what Bhutto did in the interview and discuss 8 different people and see if you mix up two of the names: Omar Saeed murdered Daniel Pearl, not Osama bin Laden. Look it up.

Don't care

How is the relevant to getting Dr. Paul elected?

Ron Paul "Sign Wave Across the USA" -- November 5th!

Failed Foreign Policy

A real time example of the failed foreign policy of entangling alliances that the Constitution warns against. ~10 billion in the last 8 years to a military dictator.

Ron Paul is the only candidate speaking sensibly about non-intervention.

Seeing past the FUD of the situation, (fear, uncertainty and doubt), in Pakistan, Ron Paul is spot on with his Constitutional views for the solution.

Ron Paul is electable because of his relevance to the world issues.

So in turn, the world issues are relevant to electing Ron Paul.

It isn't the same as making signs, donating money, signing up for canvassing or becoming a delegate - but the important fact is only Ron Paul has a sensible and clearly stated foreign policy.

So when you see FUD in the headlines, you know Ron Paul has a solution and you can help bring that message to others.

It shows

What we're up against. When I first heard the news, my thought was... this woman has been doing the same thing RP has been doing for us, trying to liberate her people and fix a corrupt government (that we(the U.S.) essentially play a big roll in).
It shows how stupid the people are when all they have to do is drop "Terrorist" "extremist" accusations and the people just say "oh ok.. that explains it, well now we need to make sure we're safe again!"

It shows you what they can get away with and what we need to be prepared for....

IMHO

knowledge is the best antidote to fear.

Nuclear arsenal in Bin ladens hands! Vote for Mc Cain!

Dem? Vote for Hilary!

Knowledge of the truth will help you when you speak to others trying to convince them Ron Paul's is the best choice. The facts is people will give up freedom in exchange for feeling safe.

IamVoting4RP; you are not interested in Bhutto or this story, move on.

I think there are 250 other thread you can peruse...

Knowing Bin Laden is actually dead is powerful!

Did you have a chance to see the linked u-tube with Frost? It has been posted about 12 times in the last 4 hours.

I hate to remind you evolution2008 but this site

is "Dedicated to restoring Constitutional government to the United States of America" -- maybe YOU need to "move on"?

Ron Paul "Sign Wave Across the USA" -- November 5th!

Sounds logical.

The person interviewed sounds knowledgeable.

This doesn't feel right.

This doesn't feel right. The one rule I have in regards to politics is that "There is no such thing as Coincidence in Politics"! She was killed at a point where to Neo-Con agenda was starting to fade a little. If the terrorist really wanted to get us, why continue to either attack or make a video once things start to die down. This ALWAYS happens. Now Bhutto is killed and every one is starting to pump up HILIARY CLINTON. Right before the elections. RIGHT BEFORE. Even Pay Buchanon is Pumping up Hilary on every news station. Hilary is backed by Bush and the establishment. The more chaos in the Middle East, the more cowardly uneducated Americans will listen to the MSM and vote for Hilary. They are trying to SCARE US into voting for Hilary. I'm not sure Bhutto is really dead. If she was not convinced by the U.S. to go back, then what? Fear and Chaos is the only way the establishment can work. If she is really dead, the was a setup by and it has the Establishments fingerprints written all over it.

This does seem to have the Establishment's fingerprints on it...

December 27, 2007 EARTH CHANGES MEDIA

with Mitch Battros

Was the Bush Administration Behind

Benazir Bhutto Assassination?

by Mitch Battros - Earth Changes Media

It is being mentioned in high circles that US President George Bush was receiving heat for spending billions of dollars on propping the puppets of the Musharraf regime. It is believed that somewhere along the way Musharraf didn't want to continue this game of charades and was leaning more towards the care and needs of his people (in Pakistan) than to navigate the desires of the Bush regime.

It has been rumored that behind the scenes, Benazir Bhutto and Pervez Musharraf had come to some agreement to take back the sovereignty of Pakistan. Of course this action is the last thing the Bush regime would want, because it would usher in independence and promulgate a peace movement of the overwhelming percentage of Pakistanis who support an independent nation. It is said that if an agreement was to ensue between Bhutto and Musharraf, a natural wage (or surge) would quell anti-Pakistan sentiments brought forth by al-Qaeda types.

It is suggested the last thing the Bush regime would want is a stable independent Pakistan. No conflict - no war - no defense contract - no money.

Actually we have seen this very same scenario played-out with every dictator put in place by the US government. In fact, George Bush (41) was caught in this same situation with Manuel Noriega Presidential dictator of Panama from 1983 to 1989.

Noriega was put in power by the Bush regime (41), then Noriega just as Musharraf, decided he didn't want to play this game anymore, and wanted to return sovereignty back to the people of Panama. " Operation Just Cause" was the U.S. military invasion of Panama that deposed General Manuel Noriega in December 1989. General Manuel Noriega was at one time a U.S. ally, who was increasingly using Panama to facilitate drug trafficking for the CIA, from South America to the United States. In the 1980s, Dictator Manuel Noriega was one of the most recognizable names in the United States, being constantly covered by the press.

Another puppet of the US installed puppeteer school was Saddam Hussein, again placed by the CIA and worked closely with George Bush (41). While many have thought that Saddam first became involved with U.S. intelligence agencies at the start of the September 1980 Iran-Iraq war, his first contacts with U.S. officials date back to 1959, when he was part of a CIA-authorized six-man squad tasked with assassinating then Iraqi Prime Minister Gen. Abd al-Karim Qasim.

Just as with Noriega -- Hussein, although a brutal dictator, also decided he no longer wanted to play the game doing the bidding as another US stooge.

More on CIA-Bush-Hussein: http://archive.newsmax.com/archives/articles/2003/4/10/20585...

Then there was the 2004 Bush (43) regime and his US led coup against President Jean-Bertrand Aristide of HAITI. Here even CNN discloses the shear veil outing a US led coup orchestrated by the Bush regime.

"I was told that to avoid bloodshed I'd better leave," Aristide said in an interview on CNN. Earlier, the Bush administration vigorously denied that Aristide was kidnapped by U.S. troops, which is what two U.S. members of Congress said the deposed Haitian president told them in telephone calls.

But Rep. Charles Rangel, D-New York, and Rep. Maxine Waters, D-California, said Aristide told them a very different story. Waters said Mildred Aristide, the ex-president's wife, called the congresswoman at her home at 6:30 a.m. (9:30 a.m. ET) Monday, and told her "the coup d'etat has been completed," and then handed the phone to her husband.

Waters said that Aristide told her the chief of staff of the U.S. Embassy in Haiti came to his home, told him that he would be killed "and a lot of Haitians would be killed" if he did not leave and said he "has to go now." CNN Report Here: and Democracy Now Interview Here:

Haitian President Aristide was fighting for the rights of the Haitian people and against slave labor supported by the Bush regime. It seems companies such as Wal-Mart, Disney, Sears, Kmart, and J.C. Penney lobbied the Bush regime to maintain their 8 cents per hour wages. This was being threatened by a determined advocate for the Haitian people and of course big business just won't stand for that. NY Times Report Here:

It would appear Aristide, who was originally set up by the US government, realized he was propped as a stooge for corporate greed, and fought back. That's when the CIA, and later US military was called in to snuff him out. Also see: The U.S.-Haiti Connection

Bush - CIA - Bhutto - Musharraf

Are you ready to 'follow-the-bouncing-ball'? Are we not seeing the same thread weaved through Iraq, Panama, Haiti, and now Pakistan. Was the Bush regime behind the assassination of an independent thinker with vision and a passion to return power back to the people of Pakistan? Was this a warning to Musharraf to "play ball" or you're next? Did India have to sign-off on this for it to play? Like all the others, we will probably never know.

I guess George bubba Bush (43) said it best ---- " you are either with me, or you are with the terrorists. Now what's it going to be? "

But not all countries have fallen to US manipulation driven by self-seeking greedy corporations. Although the odds are certainly against them, but we can now understand why America's own citizens might have a silent cheer when the bully on the block gets kicked in the nuts by a much smaller but defiant underdog.

Some high placed sources have hinted something to the effect of: "This should get the attention of Musharraf for not following our plan after funding him over $10 billion dollars." In fact, here is a quote from an AP article: 'Benazir Bhutto's assassination in Pakistan is likely to prompt calls for a close review of U.S. policy toward a country crucial to regional stability and the war on terrorism. Such a review is overdue, considering the minimal results from the $10 billion in U.S. aid funneled to President Pervez Musharraf's government since 2001.'

And what does bubba Bush have to say?: President Bush blames "murderous extremists" for the attack. (AP) Okay, I think we get the picture now-----

She was the closest allie

She was the closest allie to western civilization but some here in the west dont value life like we really need to, but since money is the only thing important in politics. If osamas been dead for 5 years it should be as common as his name recognition. Bush got his regime in Pakistan with nukes and radicals to blame it on along with insurgents for $130 a day. It seems tension is the price of life.

Bhutto said it herself.

On NPR today a close friend of Bhutto's read an email sent from her to be released in the event she was killed. In it she names names of the people that were to be blamed. One telling group on that list was the Pakistan intelligence. And of course Musharif. But I guess this is just all part of our crazy conspiracy.

Freedom!

I heard it too

I heard the NPR show too. It was her 2nd cousin who read the email and she named insiders who wanted her dead.
Ron Paul did a great job of dealing with this subject on Tucker tonight.
We prop up military dictatorships and monarchies and expect the people in those countries not to hate us???
He is 100% on this and I think it will help him drive his point home about intervention. All I know is we better be friends and trade with who ever gets those nukes unless they actually DO something to draw our aggression or we are going to be in another civil war.
While people here are busy debating our civil war???

Freedom of news is reaching American shores

there are three names Bhutto has written about as the possibles killers. It is in the ISI. Lets ask ourselves who the ISI is? As poster said a "State within a state". "The Black market"

"With CIA backing, the ISI has developed, since the early 1980s, into a parallel structure, a state within a state, with staff and informers estimated by some at 150,000. It wields enormous power over all aspects of government. The case of Ahmed confirms that parts of the ISI directly supported and financed al-Qaida, and it has long been established that the ISI has acted as go-between in intelligence operations on behalf of the CIA."

"It has been rumoured that Pearl was especially interested in any role played by the US in training or backing the ISI. Daniel Ellsberg, the former US defence department whistle blower who has accompanied Edmonds in court, has stated: "It seems to me quite plausible that Pakistan was quite involved in this ... To say Pakistan is, to me, to say CIA because ... it's hard to say that the ISI knew something that the CIA had no knowledge of." Ahmed's close relations with the CIA would seem to confirm this. For years the CIA used the ISI as a conduit to pump billions of dollars into militant Islamist groups in Afghanistan, both before and after the Soviet invasion of 1979."

Ron Pearl's name pops up all over the place as one very interested in exposing the ISI. Black market operation also a name to remember in this slowly emerging mess.

The Wall Street Journal which uncovered 100K transferred by the ISI to the 911 group to finance the attack. ISI asked this that General to step down. No charges were made.

I'd be really surprised -

if the Inter-Services Intelligence agency (ISI - Pakistan's CIA, sometimes called a "state within a state") wasn't behind this. Pundits suggest a terrorist group was behind it - to what end, to prevent Bhutto, who enjoyed wide popular support and would have instituted a genuinely secular administration, from replacing the Musharraf regime? Wouldn't that put Musharraf and terrorist elements on more or less the same side? And well it should, the Musharraf/ISI nexus, despite their disputes, comprises an Islamist regime with well documented ties to both terrorist groups and the Taliban, the ISI was directly involved in placing the Taliban in power in Afghanistan and was caught red-handed wiring money to the 9/11 hijackers (re: Times of India, ABC news). Of course Musharraf has done little to fight terrorism in his own country, of course Richard Armitage had to threaten to bomb Pakistan into the stone age in order to get Musharraf to get behind the US "war on terror". Before 9/11, US sanctions were in place against Pakistan. Now, he must be a "good guy" because Bush says so. What a farce. I find it so ironic that pundits would ask Ron Paul with a straight face if abandoning Musharraf wouldn't place Pakistani nukes within the grasp of terrorist groups ... if the US was concerned about that, they would have withdrawn their support of that military dictator a long time ago, and Bhutto would have had a fighting chance. But these questions cannot be muttered out loud.

What a sad, sad turn of events.

Tragedy!

The sad thing about conspiracy theories is that people have been lied to and manipulated enough to lose trust in their leaders...So whether there is anything false or not is almost(almost) inconsequential. The trust is gone. The I Ching speaks of the disaster of people no longer trusting their leaders....500 bc!

I mean who ever believed it takes 30 to 40% of my income to create a few chickens!%t roads etc...?

this latest controversy...someone is lying or spinning? who i dont know?
he may be dead, he may be alive and well...just depends on what your selling i suppose...

You got that right

EmerThoreau I am a lot less trustful. Working on this political campaign opened my eyes. The longer you stick around and go to all the different sites like Youtube it is a Big Awakening. I find the people making fun of conspiracy theories are always people who have not been around a long time.
At one time I even questioned these theories but when you see information coming from very reliable sources you have to say there something is going on here. I don't believe every theory because I think there is some bs out there to probably discredit the real stuff. One reason people have a hard time with excepting a theory is once they realize that they are NOT in CONTROL of their lives they are overwhelmed. I used to wonder how the people of the Soviet Union could live everyday being manipulated by their government and media. I don't wonder anymore. Peace

i dig it!

quilt....i dig it....i certainly acknowledge there are lots of misguided weasels out there...and i feel the shock of the media shunning my inspired doc...there is real evil and real coercion about....however, oftentimes the things you fight weaken you...mother theresa said it is healthier to be for things than against there opposites....so i try and focus on the positive side of where we are going...but i concede, what's behind is profoundly ugly! Stay positive! We can do this thing! and it doesn't end with this primary, regardless! Thanks for the reply!

You've got a point!

...about the not trusting the leaders thing. It's a sad commentary. I mean, listen to what Bush and Cheney said here...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fBVHJY-RNSA

Can you believe them after this? It's like we have a choice between two forms of Socialism. I'm just glad Ron Paul has a record to stand on, otherwise I might give up altogether.

delete my account!!!

Hang on Brother!

Ron Paul, and all those is his likeness will bring back the order! May just be part of the normal cycle of things...to stay with the IChing theme.

I am filled with hope, there being so many thinking free individuals out and about...We the people is much more than a historical phrase. Ron has begun The American Enlightenment. Ride the wave!

Bush and gang just lost their principles to short term gain, long term mess or at a very minimum, to ego, power. or illusion. i wish them well, once they step aside! who knows, maybe they can rediscover "religion" as spectators! a little christian forgiveness during these seasonal times...Peace!
