*&^ Constitution --- Constitutional Rationality
obviously the only choice. This debate was who can sound like Ron Paul but none of them would do anything from stopping the bombing of innocent civilians except our guy, the only one with consistent principled integrity. RP 2012
9/11 was an inside job .....time to get some answers..RP 2012
You could always slide a lil Ron Paul/c4l pocket Constitution in the front.
Freedom is not: doing everything you want to.
Freedom is: not having to do what you don't want to do.

I kind of think we should pack one of those up and ship it to the White House. Of course, we would be arrested and tried as terrorists for sending a suspicious package filled with highly dangerous and unstable material.
and right after Ron talks about Austrian economics...
Perry follows and only says he will bring his wife - well duh?
It would have been funny as hell if Romney had responded "I would also bring Rick Perry's wife to the white house as my religion allows me to have more then one..." ;-)
Seriously, Perry is a doofus.
Resist the temptation to feed the trolls.
That image would look awesome on the front center of drudge.
I'm curious what other candidates would say, if they were asked the motives behind 9/11 for the terrorists.
Not so sure our man is down with Paine.
"Freedom Is A Road Seldom Traveled By The Multitude." - Frederick Douglass
Considering the alternative of Paine's day was straight up monarchy, autocracy, and theocracy, I like to assume Paul would consider Paine as being "...on to something..." :)
Done in the same humble, modest way Ron Paul would approve. Well done.

was a socialist. :p
To whoever voted my post down. Why would you vote down the truth?
Quotes from Paine:
"Pay as a remission of taxes to every poor family, out of the surplus taxes, and in room of poor-rates, four pounds a year for every child under fourteen years of age." Thomas Paine, The Rights of Man.
"It is painful to see old age working itself to death, in what are called civilised countries, for daily bread... pay to every such person of the age of fifty years ... the sum of six pounds per annum out of the surplus taxes, and ten pounds per annum during life after the age of sixty... This support, as already remarked, is not of the nature of a charity but of a right." Thomas Paine, The Rights of Man.
"There could be no such thing as landed property originally. Man did not make the earth, and, though he had a natural right to occupy it, he had no right to locate as his property in perpetuity any part of it." Thomas Paine, Agrarian Justice.
"Create a national fund, out of which there shall be paid to every person, when arrived at the age of twenty-one years, the sum of fifteen pounds sterling, as a compensation in part, for the loss of his or her natural inheritance, by the introduction of the system of landed property." Thomas Paine, Agrarian Justice.
Thomas Paine was a socialist! :)
~wobbles but doesn't fall down~
Me thinks you may want to spend a little more time studying Thomas Paine. Quoting Paine with one small paragraph without the
complete issue he brings forth is akin to what the media does to Dr. Paul. Without the background surrounding the the statements you use you leave a misleading impression of what Mr. Paines' true positions on the topic were. On the "Land Question" you may want to go back to the ancient Greek philosophers from where Mr. Paine derived his opinions on the land issue. "If all of the land is owned by A,B,and C, then D,E, and F will be born in trespass". Aristotle
Thomas Jefferson would not claim authorship of the Declaration of Independence until after Paine's death. A number of scholars believe that Paine was the author as it is more in the style of Paine's writings than Jefferson's.
Voluntary Association + Mutual Cooperation + 110% Personal Responsibility = 100% Individual Liberty
But heres another question iv'e been pondering...Socialism, infused with sound money and free market principles, would it work? what if the citizens who believe in charity had a public option to provide DIRECTLY through a red cross/humanitarian organization that had national range to agree to donate to through a percentage out of their wages, to causes such as child well being, and help for the generation who worked to lay the groundwork for us? a free market welfare system? I believe it could and would work, if a nation was truly abundant with capital , in order to be abundant in capital, however, we must start from the ground up with a sound economy/currency NOT a debt based BS scheme. Which i think we all agree around these parts of ideology and philosophy DOES NOT WORK and is only achieved by swaying a desperate society that the government is the only means to this end through debt. Effectively enslaving through monopolization of the means to the desired ends!
would have to set their own percentile of charity, through the organization they trust, who has a proven record of action based on their founding principle, but once such an organization becomes corrupt the contributor van back out, or opt out of this option through the free market principle of choice, and or a bank of public well being, which holds sound money that cannot be tampered with because each contributor has the option to pull out their entire contribution if the organization does not meet it's obligation, effectively debting its self to the the donors who trusted them to provide the services that were funded. Making the organization weaker as it gets more corrupt, CHecks and balances in public programs, THE ANSWER IS SOUND MONEY to achieve both socialism and freedom, a society must have a common goal, and that common goal must be the advancement of society through voluntary action in the improvement of the human condition locally and globally, this is the NEW WORLD ORDER for the entire world, NOT the monarchical approach these bastards want to set up!
with socialism on a county level. Competition would keep it under control because counties that offered too much welfare would be quickly overrun with bums. :)
I'm definitely not for any large-scale central control of socialism/welfare...
Thank you for being my smile of the day!
I'll give as much respect to my elected officials as they give to the Constitution!
Thanks for utilizing your skills and dedication for freedom.
I shouldn't be so surprised that I love Ron Paul's Supporters, as much as, I love Ron Paul!
Ron Paul's Convention Speech
got a great chuckle after watching the highlight clips, then coming here to find the bushel basket at the top of the page. Ron has the best supporters! :-)
Big fun win there!
"If this mischievous financial policy [greenbacks], which has its origin in North America, should become endurated down to a fixture, then that government will furnish its own money without cost. It will pay off its debts and be without debts. It will hav

When Ron Paul displays common sense, he oft compliments others by giving acknowledgement to the source of his wisdom. In this way Ron Paul makes it easy for those that wish to learn more.
there are a ton of books I could include. I did this in like...30 minutes, give me a bit to see if I can fit more in..

(Maybe some future videographers can place this basket at the front porch of White House in preparation for the Paul family's arrival :-)
Thanks for the basket of wisdom and knowledge.
Could you fit Bastiat's "The Law" in there? (if you like it, of course)
that was beautiful ... he ended the night once again with a big one two punch.
