S.E. Cupp says Ron Paul's scary vision for America: He'd be tyrants' best friend

Just so it's documented here I post this link to S.E. Cupp's 9/14/11 NY Daily News Opinion column: http://www.nydailynews.com/opinions/2011/09/14/2011-09-14_ro...

There is so much wrong with this article I about caused myself an aneurysm. Last line = "Ignoring America's moral obligations in favor of isolationism is a departure from the very reason for our humble beginnings. Had the colonists been do-nothing Paulites, America's Founding Fathers wouldn't have founded much of anything."

Have at it!

"Do-nothing Paulites"????

Freedom is not: doing everything you want to.
Freedom is: not having to do what you don't want to do.

What a laugh!

Our government in Washington has been "a tyrants best friend", supporting dictators everywhere, from "President" Pinochet in Chile to "President" Mubarak Egypt to "King" Mohammad Rezā Shāh Pahlavi in Iran.

Earth to the silly young woman called S.E. Cupp: It was Washington calling them "President" and "King", when in fact they were all dictators and tyrants. Indeed, Washington supported them with your parents tax money, our military hardware and our military expertize to control and suppress their own people.

Ron Paul seeks to end that Wilsonian NeoCon policy.

She quoted Woodward Wilson, our first neocon president

: "Good conservatives recognize a need for limited government, but they also know that America has an obligation to spread democracy and promote international security."

Spreading democracy is like spreading disease; nobody wants it.

"I support the Declaration of Independence and I interpret the Constitution."

Yes, "conservatives" don't

Yes, "conservatives" don't realize that their support for war is up there with the progressive Wilson, def. not a conservative. So it's telling that she would quote Wilson: it is they who are the utopian progressives.
