Bodies hanging from bridge in Mexico are warning to social media users

14 Sep 2011

Google and Facebook remind you that no one has any legitimate reason to hide their real name online.

Social media users who denounce drug cartel activities along the Mexican border received a brutal warning this week: two mangled bodies hanging like cuts of meat from a pedestrian bridge.
A woman was hogtied and disemboweled, her intestines protruding from three deep cuts on her abdomen. Attackers left her topless, dangling by her feet and hands from a bridge in the border city of Nuevo Laredo. A bloodied man next to her was hanging by his hands, his right shoulder severed so deeply the bone was visible.
Signs left near the bodies declared the pair, both apparently in their early 20s, were killed for posting denouncements of drug cartel activities on a social network.

The country should be invaded and occupied, at least their border states or provinces or whatever they call them imo. Mexican instability is a direct threat to the territorial integrity of the United States. Americans have been killed and injured and their property abused.

Prohibition sucks.

When you create prohibition, you create black markets. When you create black markets, you create gangs & crime. When you create gangs & crime, you create death (on both sides). END THE DRUG WARS. Prohibition does nothing but give power to the lowlifes of the world.

my point: When's the last time you saw the execs from Budweiser hanging the dead bodies of old ladies from MADD off of a bridge?.... Get it?

this BS has to stop

bring the troops home and put them on the southern boarder now!

Use this as a bull to force Facebook to delete former user data and anonymize user info, take it for a win here at least. Granted the cartels work for the CIA so I doubt it will change much. I was wondering how long it would take cartels to start hiring hackers. I think we may be about to lose the war on drugs, we might not be able to win this war but at least WE CAN LOSE IT!!! Mexico is the greatest example of what will happen here if we keep up this absolute stupidity of combined kleptomocracy and this cheer leader rah-rah MSM bs.

So how much crap does his admin have to do before we impeach? I think impeaching Obama is the quickest way to provide a much needed stimulus to the economy and increase confidence in the US markets and people's.

Who in their right mind would vacation there?

Makes me wonder who owns all those big resorts there.

Heck, I am still getting over the movie 'Desperado' lol

Seriously, this is horrible. Obviously, life has little value in that so-called Catholic country.

Funny thing, I was in Laredo, TX during the day about 5 years ago, and I did not even feel comfortable there. :O

If someone did that to my kid

I would buy every machine gun I could get my hands on and call it a day on this earth, I would kill every drug cartel member I could find and live to kill.

Thats just F'd up.

Thats just F'd up.

You can almost see what's coming next.

Events like this are always used as a pretense by the state to ramp up their (abysmally failed) "war on drugs" and the alleged necessity to regulate speech and spying on innocent people under the auspicious and bogus desire to "keep people safe".

In this case, the victims of the state would be those using social media (which this day and age means many Americans).

"For having lived long, I have experienced many instances of being obliged, by better information or fuller consideration, to change opinions, even on important subjects, which I once thought right but found to be otherwise." - Benjamin Franklin

we just need to make our voice heard back

Just force them to anonymize facebook by being louder, the govt owns all the contracts with facebook anyway that gives them access to all of our schools. Fight net fascism with net anarchy :P. Get the word out quickly, especially if you live in a swing state. The MSM is powerful but it is a stage 4 industry, taking advantage of it is a lot alike taking advantage of a rich, near deaf, senile and violent person with nightmarish power. Easy, as long as you are REALLY loud and mind your Ps and Qs, Nigerians do it every day!

What we need are social engineering tools like a program that can send 80 diff versions of the same e-mail from over 20k legit looking accounts. That way just a few individuals could have a significant effect but curtailing "public opinion". Our government does this all the time. The government just got caught RED HANDED using these tools against the American people a few months ago after military contractor HBGary was hacked and e-mail spools were released, resulting in an unsatisfactory congressional investigation by Gary Johnson..

All the better reason to expose the cartels.

They just raised the "cost of doing business". That can cut (pardon the pun) both ways.
