Here On Daily Paul

Just an FYI. I believe there are Cointel Pro blogger Agents here on Daily Paul. They will make discouraging comments and try to break and divide the grassroots. Such comments like Paul is not a frontrunner and such. Anything negative beware. We are in this to win, anyone with another mindset to divide or discourage is most likely an agent. They don't want Paul to win and if they can discourage the grassroots they have won. They also try to convince people into throwing in the towel or act as if they are. So Keep fighting and keep your eyes open. I know most of you are well aware of Cointel Pro Agents, I just wanted to post this in-case others had no idea. FIGHT ON!

Really there's not. We, err, THEY, would't waste their time on a fringe candidate that discredits himself on a daily basis.

"Anything negative beware."

Oh lawd. Break out the tinfoil guys, and lets get this party started!

I hate to break it to you, but people who imply/overtly state that "Paul is not a frontrunner" aren't necessarily government agents; hell they're probably not even trolls.

The fact of the matter is, when you look at the 'horse race' through the beer goggles of the general populace (aka the prism of the nightly, or rather 24/7/365ly news organizations) he isn't. And when your campaign is about something more complex than a bumper sticker slogan its hard to get traction.

It isn't the end of the world, there is plenty of time to rectify the situation. Philosophical ideas are harder to sell than sex and controversy.

Redouble your efforts, don't shoot down compatriots simply because their optimism is tempered by the realization of how much work we still have to do, and for the love of god don't jump from point 'innocuous comment' to 'point OMG THERE ARE HELLICHOPTERS ABOVE MY HOUSE!' Its counter productive.

Well, all jokes aside (I'm

Well, all jokes aside (I'm one of the ones not "taking this seriously",) I do think the OP had a valid point. While we don't know if CoIntelPro is on these here boards for sure we can only assume that the establishment, with their payroll of bloggers, would set their sights on the Daily Paul in an attempt to deflate the grassroots. If I were the enemy, what I would do is pounce on Paul's post-debate performances-- criticizing them-- and I would also express frustration with internal workings of the campaign, all in an effort to make supporters feel like "maybe the media's right, Ron Paul really doesn't have a chance" or "well, if I donate to the campaign it'll be wasted because of Benton's salary he doesn't deserve, because he's just a screw up" etc etc.

I dont know if cointelpro is on these boards, but I really do think it's healthy to be aware of the possibility of their tricks. the best remedy, though, is to donate to RP's moneybombs and support the campaign no matter what, because THEY might just be trying to get us to hold onto ourhard-earned Bernanke Bucks long enough to keep them away from Ron Paul while he still has a chance to compost them to regrow the tree of liberty.

I'm convinced...

beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Govt and other groups have spies on Daily Paul. Both the US military and Israel have openly announced that they are manning the blogs to try and control the debate and mold perceptions.

Having said that, using "anything negative beware" as a way to identify them is silly and unhinged. There are lots of RP supporters that express negative opinions about a whole host of things.

The last thing we need on Daily Paul is a "negativity witch hunt" team running around shouting "govt agent!". The "all new members are neocons" team is embarrassing enough...

Just like Michelle Bachman

They are the only ones who work HARD behind the scenes and they fight HARD and they don't stop until they get the job DONE.

jus lemme give a neutral advice

if you want a conspiracy to be taken seriously you might want to at least coin a more mature term instead of something that looks straight out of a video game.. and just because someone else came up with a bad term it doesn't mean you have to use it.. can't make up a term on your own that's at least more suitable for adult conversation? or are you indeed some stupid kid playing computer games all day.. "CoInTeLlPrO".. gimmie a break

Let me give you a piece of advice.

If you want to be taken seriously, you should at least do a smidgen of research to get your facts straight before you make yourself look foolish. COINTELPRO stands for Counter Intelligence Program. This was an official FBI program during the 50s and 60s to target the likes of MLK Jr.

that post by jtstellar is SO perfect to illustrate what is going on with these nay-sayers.
The ignorance is breathtaking!
They don't even know the most simple superficial things, yet they take it upon themselves to dictate what's reasonable to talk about and what cannot be said.

And it's the same with the "anti-truthers" and all the rest of the neocon tribe. They actually believe the TV, and don't even think to look anything up because there's no need to, since the TV tells them all they need to know.

And by God, don't you EVER say anything that they don't know about(which is practically everything) in public, because they are deathly afraid to be "embarrassed" in front of their other equally-ignorant neocon buddies.

the corporate powers out

the corporate powers out there almost do not even need a cointelpro anymore. they just hire bloggers directly through their companies or become bloggers themselves without cointelpro. monsanto creates fake anti-gmo activist profiles on facebook, and makes those peculiar all-caps comments that make anti-gmo claims look ignorant. also, they avoid using a human picture in the profile.

technically, cointelpro is no longer a program. their operations are in sync with current 'intelligence' policy, rather than it acting as a separate organization. there are a lot of cointelpros out there.

I've got better things to do than go on a witch hunt...

people are smart enough to make up their own minds. This topic is a waste of time..

Mitt Romney has some serious dope hair!

"Freedom Is A Road Seldom Traveled By The Multitude." - Frederick Douglass

I spotted one!

This has got be a deep psy-op message intended to sew division. Sure Dr Paul has principals but Romney has dope hair! O what to do? Who gets my vote now?

anyone else finda this thread ironic?

It has certainly created alot of division. Personally, Ron would have to start stepping on babies to shake my support. Even if there are some trolls we tend to take them out quickly. I can't see much that will divide us besides Ron himself or infighting. Just stay true to the message of liberty. Even if Ron doesn't win, we still have won. I'm grateful that we have the most honorable man as an example. America is pretty damn lucky.

Ron Paul is stepping on babies?

Heck with 'em! Go Ron Paul!!!

Doesn't surprise me, Rand stomps babies too..

I saw a video of Rand Paul stomping on babies at a campaign rally. He claimed he didn't see them but I guess that's because he's not a real optometrist.

COINTELPRO (an acronym for Counter Intelligence Program) was a series of covert, and often illegal,[2] projects conducted by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) aimed at surveilling, infiltrating, discrediting, and disrupting domestic political organizations.

COINTELPRO tactics included discrediting targets through psychological warfare, planting false reports in the media, smearing through forged letters, harassment, wrongful imprisonment, extralegal violence and assassination.
