Time to start asking people how the U.S. will collapse

I participate on another forum for country folk and watch as they argue over Ron Paul issues like the Awlaki thing. All sorts of legal mumbo jumbo and the Constitution. You can always find a lawyer to justify anything.

Problem is, everyone loses sight of the problem. There is NEVER any reduction or restraint of government, domestically or overseas. It always grows. And eventually something has to given.

So everyone is arguing over how to place the deck chairs on the Titanic. We should remind them always that the ship is sinking!!!

Which is why I am starting threads asking in detail how the collapse will occur:

Will it be gradual or abrupt?
Will there be violence?
Will foreign countries invade as we've done to them?
Will a new government form, and would it be any better given human nature?

Here's some quotes I've shared

"The natural progress of things is for liberty to yield and government to gain ground."
-Thomas Jefferson

Look back over the past, with its changing empires that rose and fell, and you can foresee the future, too.
~Marcus Aurelius

We will bankrupt ourselves in the vain search for absolute security.
~Dwight D. Eisenhower

When the people find they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the Republic.
- Ben Franklin

The average man does not want to be free. He simply wants to be safe.
-H. L. Mencken:

"Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."
--Goering at the Nuremberg Trials

No nation could preserve its freedom in the midst of continual warfare.
~James Madison

Those are some good quotes

and an excellent question. I think about this often and have been watching as things progress.

This is my opinion.

The economic collapse will not be obvious, there will be an event of some sort (attack on our soil, war over seas, natural disaster, virus, riots etc.) but I don't think it will be a bank collapse. When the collapse happens it will be blamed on the event not on the misdeeds of the FED.

There may or may not be an election, they may try to get Obama reelected or replace him with Biden and then a attack like they did with Bush, implementing a bunch of Executive Orders.

When they are ready to pull the country down it may be very quick and they will move quickly to maintain the upper hand. I think it will happen on a weekend rather than during the week.

Of course this is just speculation, they could decide to continue to gradually implement UN Agenda 21, they have been successful so far.
