How to Capitalize from Cain's Lie.Submitted by helios on Wed, 10/12/2011 - 02:25
Although the debate was un-eventful there were two highlights that should be made viral and maybe even will get the MSM attention (although that may be wishful thinking).
In the light of the CNN interview, with Cain talking about his 333, we should point out to Ron Paul consistency. A feature of DR Paul that is unparalleled not only with any other current politicians but in the history almost all of the politician.
People need to wake up to the fact that the others can promise, but when they get the top job, they do the opposite of what they got elected on.
That is not the same with Ron Paul. I believe that this is one of the thing that should be promoted more. Cain already changing his 999 before we even had much of a chance to shoot it down. Maybe his goal is to change it so fast that none has the time to respond to it.
Dr Paul rightly identified that at this stage of the race the person he should focus on is Cain. The rest will drop out one-by-one, leaving him and Romney. The danger man that needs to be dealt with is Cain before he gets too much momentum.
And Ron Paul dealt with Cain in a masterful way by check-mating Cain with one single question and one comment. Indeed he was the only one who in my view managed to discredit Cain.
He questioned Cain about his opposition to auditing the fed.
This seemingly innocent question was a deadly blow to Cain that will haunt him for some time to come.
He was cornered with only two options.
1: He stands by what he said knowing that almost 70% of the population wants to audit the Fed.
2: He can try denying it and hoping that it won't blow up.
He chose to deny, and inevitably it will backfire on him, as there is clear evidence that he lied.
But Dr Paul delivered two more blows to Cain. One was that he directed the attention to Cain's past position in the Fed, a history that most people didn't even know about and one that I believe Cain does not want to publicize.
The other was when Cain was asked who he thinks was the best chairmen of the Fed, and he picked Greenspan. That set up a response from Ron Paul, which he fully took advantage of by pointing out that Greenspan was probably one of the worst chairmen.
So here is how I think we can capitalize from Cain's lie.
I do not have the technical know-how but this is what we can do.
We need a video that shows Cain lie. But we can take that further to get an even better effect. Once we showed the lie than we can also show Greenspan announcing that the USA government can't default as they can just print more money.
Also in the same clip we should show him (Greenspan) saying that the solution to the housing issue is just to burn all the excess housing and then include clips of the stupid MSM political pundits claiming that Ron Paul’s ideas are just “too radical”.
This way we discredit Cain, while at the same time ramping up Dr Paul’s credibility.
