Cain's border solution: electrocuting people.

And people say Ron Paul is a nut with extreme ideas?

Mr. Cain often says he told the caller that he had recently returned from China, and if the Chinese could build the Great Wall then America could build a border fence...
“It’s going to be 20 feet high. It’s going to have barbed wire on the top. It’s going to be electrified. And there’s going to be a sign on the other side saying, ‘It will kill you — Warning.’” At an earlier rally, on the campus of Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, Tenn., he added that the sign would be written “in English and in Spanish.

I mean are we seriously considering a man for President that thinks the solution to the border problem is putting up an electrified fence and armed guards and killing people. How about we remove the incentives: welfare benifits, anchor baby status, drug war, etc.? I mean don't you think we should at least TRY those things before we start ELECTROCUTING PEOPLE!!!! For real, WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!

Breaking.....

Our independent Sources close to the story say Rick Perry is consulting attorneys about a possible lawsuit against Cain for his infringement of Perry's "ultimate justice" philosophy. Santorum comes up with new pledge for all republican candidates - I will choose Mr. "no nonsense" Dick Cheney for my Secretary of State. Republican Party Says America's new foreign policy must be "If we don't like you we will kill you"!!! More news on this story at 11:00

Cain is ....

TOAST. I can't see even the "teflon don" slipping out of this one. I think the idiot thought he'd talked his way out of every other gaff that he could now say anything and it wouldn't stick. Even though most people are in an uproar about immigration they are going to go for this. That crap about we need a sense of humor isn't gonna cover this one. If he even makes it to the next debate he's burned.

what's really "cool" is...

...when I scanned that about 20 minutes ago, most of the first several comments there (and this is the NY TIMES, mind you) were CHEERING ex Federal Reserve Chairman Herman Cain's preposterous stance on this!!

WHAT have we become?? So sad....

I know, even the article said

I know, even the article said that people cheered these ideas. CHEERED. Why do rooms full of Republicans keep cheering when the idea of people's death comes up? I thought we were the party of life?
