They outlawed CASH in Louisianna (some transactions)

http://www.naturalnews.com/033882_Louisiana_cash.html

If I am not mistaken those worthless slips of nonsense bear the phrase "This worthless debt note is legal tender for all transactions, public and private." I may have the wording off a bit...

This is nothing short of data mining the poor population.

I'd have to read the actual law, but I have a strong hunch that

this can easily be challenged as a flagrant violation of Article I § 10 which stipulates:

No State shall...make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts...

Clearly, prohibiting "cash" transactions for certain goods which would presumably apply to silver and gold coins as well, AND mandating that only "personal checks, money orders, or electronic transfers" are legal tender for such transactions places Louisiana SQUARELY in unconstitutional territory.

I smell a case. Any good lawyers out there up for it?
