FAUX and Murdoch about to be hit where it hurts, in the stock value of NWS

0 votes

Apparently word leaked about Dr Paul being slighted by FNC before market closing Friday. Some brokers began dumping stock late. This article alludes to the fact that MANY brokers are ticked, and we can look for a big selloff monday in Murduch's news corp. (ticker NWS) Hopefully money talks pretty loud.

See this is what happens

When elites try making the middle class into slaves. These people as individuals are easy targets but together Its a bee's nest. Merdox gonna get a stinging on this one. People better wake up and realize the middle class and the lower class are getting mushed together and we are not as divided as you think we are. We are like playdoe push two blue and red together you just get purple. It's the middle class that helps the lower class with food and shelter not the upper class. If it was left to them we would be dieing in the streets by the thousands. The lower class is the workforce of the middle class not big busniess. See the middle and lower class rely on each other every day of the week its the elites who have to move to gated comunnities. They are the ones who wish for division. When the elites make us purple they become a very small drop of water in a very large ocean.

If you don't own it ...

You can always short sell NWS. That may be what some of the brokers are doing. This is how it works. A broker or trader borrows the stock from someone else's portfolio and sells it in the hopes the price will drop. He then buys it back at the cheaper price and returns it to the portfolio he borrowed it from and keeps the difference. If everyone short sells at once the price will plummet because the market will be flooded with sellers and no buyers.
This is risky because, if the price goes back up before the shares are repurchased the short seller loses the difference. A prolonged period of short selling will keep the stock price depressed, but others may find the stock a bargain and bid it back up. I don't recommend this, but it is something that may be happening in the on the street if they think this will affect NWS long term. It might be something worth keeping an eye on.

MY Email To Comcast

Mr. Germano,

I have been a Comcast Cable Television & Internet Customer since 1998. I will be ending this decade long relationship in early January due to your support of and association with the Fox News Organization. They are sponsoring a Republican Presidential Debate on January the 6th and have decided to exclude Dr. Ron Paul from participating. This decision is a direct attack on the democratic process. America needs Americans to hear Dr. Ron Paul communicate his ideas in all of the debates, period.

If you are not familiar with Ron Paul and want a better understanding of why I can no longer do business with your company because of their association with Fox News then I respectfully ask you to watch: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wIivoqLbeeg

I appreciate the good service you have provided for me and my family for all of these years.

I am cracking up

Dying with laughter here. Ohhhh Myyyy Gooooosohhhhhhhhhh. This is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo funnny...

I can't help but see some pathetic ghouliani hubakeee promoting newscorp come crawling to the good Doctor on their hands an knees in a pathetic attempt to get a few hundred million in shareholders back.

Hhahahhahahahaah bwaaahhahahahahaha!!!!

Dear Mr. Murdoch: have a nice weekend and an even better Monday!!!!

Sincerely,

The Kooks

If I had NWS stock

If I had NWS stock would definately sell it, not just in protest, but to get out of the way of the shit storm that is coming. The stock is sure to go down at least a little bit with so many other people talking about selling.

Stop watching Fox News and you will be a happier person.

That - I guarantee. (If you still watch this travesty)

About selling the stock... not so sure.

But the first is worth it in its own right.

BUMP!

My bro runs a Hedge fund let me verify and also slip him the word to drop if hasn't already.

"The use of 'Conspiracy Theorist' or 'Truther' as a derogatory -- as an epithet almost -- is something the propagandists have perfected over the decades, and it's a useful tool for eliminating articulate dissent."

Better lay in a good supply of Preparation H if you try this

Fox and its buddies OWN the stock exchange and the SEC (FOX guarding the chicken coop). Not a good idea to do battle on THEIR turf. This idea is STUPID (of course an idea cannot be stupid, but its advocates can).

Holders of NYX will be mightily surprised

to hear this!

markets

This stock sale will do nothing except maybe make the stock a bit cheaper for those who want to buy it based upon fundamentals. It will be a blip on the radar. Sorry.

Boycott is critical

Agreed. That is why a boycott of the sponcers along with the sell off is an absolute MUST.

We must contact fox news sponcers and let them know why we are boycotting their products.

For starters, I will not be using Travelocity or Orbitz when I buy my plane ticket to the RP rally on Jan 6 in New Hampshire.

Genius!

This is a genius idea. Let's hurt them where it really hurts.

If I had News Corp stock I would dump it in a second.

I hope this idea spreads like wildfire.

N/A

I doubt many of us have stock in NewsCorp at this point anyway. I get the feeling that many on wall street support Ron Paul, something about free (not "free") market, and being run around by the Fed's intentionally unpredictable rate postures. But I'm no expert or even informed opinion. Most of my small investment has now been sold for gold, to ride out what looks to be a turbulent year.
