Just In Time For the 2012 Elections
The federal government just continues to tick off more and more Americans. Will some national emergency supplant the US Constitution and 2012 elections? I'm beginning to wonder about the plans of the globalists considering their blatantly antagonizing behavior. If the 2012 elections are actually held, it won't end well for the globalists.
What did you expect from Tennessee?
We have Lamar Alexander and Bob Corker as our senators. They are two of the most CORRUPT senators in the whole Senate. They represent the nwo and NOT Tennessee.
Until these SHILLS are replaced We, the people of
Tennessee are at a REAL disadvantage in the Liberty department.
Defeat the central bankers, defeat Alexander and Corker.

Rockin' the FREE world in Tennessee since 1957!
Home Land Security's response to VIPR
I called the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development and told them that all the states are sovereign and they all need to get some backbone and stop HS from harassing travelers and citizens in their state. The assistant told me that Homeland Security told the tourism division that NO cars were pulled over and searched, only sem-trucks. Homeland Security is lying and this is the email that they sent to Tennessee government and tourism agencies in case anyone questioned what VIPR was doing. Ron Paul is correct, we should be very afraid of this incident and you will also notice that HS admitted to security checks on Greyhound busses. We can't allow this to happen. Here is what HS told the agencies to state and/or send to anyone that called or emailed about VIPR.
This is what we have been advised to send.
There have been several inaccurate news reports about the joint federal-state VIPR operation conducted in Tennessee on October 18. First, law enforcement and the TSA are not randomly stopping and searching vehicles driving through Tennessee. During the four-hour, one-time VIPR operation, the Tennessee Highway Patrol and local law enforcement officers did randomly inspect semi-tractor trailers at five weigh stations on interstates throughout Tennessee. The inspections were made at the weigh stations and only on the cargo inside the trailers of the trucks, which are mandated to stop at the weigh stations to be weighed. Under Tennessee law, law enforcement officers have the authority to randomly inspect cargo at weigh stations. The TSA was on hand for this operation, but did not do these inspections. The TSA passed out information to truck drivers about the "First Observer" program, in which truck drivers are encouraged to report any suspicious activity they see while driving across the country. The TSA did conduct security checks on individuals boarding Greyhound busses in Knoxville and Nashville, but they have the authority to conduct such inspections, as they do at airports. No vehicles were ever pulled over during this operation, as many news stories incorrectly reported.
The purpose of the VIPR operation was to detect and deter criminal activity on Tennessee's roadways and educate professional truck drivers to look for and report suspicious activity to help protect critical infrastructure across the country. Tennessee was the first state to conduct a VIPR operation on this large of a scale (simultaneously at seven locations). Tennessee is not the first state to ever conduct a joint federal-state VIPR operation.

AJ, America is an occupied country!
America has been an occupied country since 1913..
Ugh, this frightened me...
I agree, something about his tone of voice is unnerving. This is important, and will need to listen again, but first...ten minutes break to enter "cute puppies playing" on youtube...
I had already planned to purchase a few copies of Liberty Defined to give out as gifts this December, but am now thinking I may need a baker's dozen.
Really like the point he makes about self defense!
Spot on, Dr. Paul, spot on.

This is the turning point for freedom
What is going on in Tennessee is exactly what the Nazi's did, Stalin did and Mao did. This is totally illegal and unconstitutional.
I have talked, shared and tried to make everyone else aware of what is really going on as millions of others have but yet I still feel empty, depressed and scared for Americans and the future of our country. I am tired of watching a train wreck ready to happen so now I am going to turn my energy to being a vocal consumer. I am only only one person but at least I will try. I am going to call the state of Tennessee tourism center and tell them that as long as they allow the TSA to execute illegal searches on their highways that I will never travel or visit there again. Our states are sovereign and they need to get some backbone and stand up to the federal government. When you allow someone to do something illegal then you are as guilty as that individual. The states have to know that their citizens are backing them.
I will boycott all Monsanto GMO crops (letting them know this) and buy these foods only from organic and local farmers. I will NEVER buy any Monsanto product again.
I will never buy any product that GE makes and close any franchise store credit card that GE finances.
I will never buy another Chevy or Chrysler.
I will support local businesses (even if they cost a little more) instead of Walmart and China. The list goes on and on but at least I feel like I am doing something instead of just sharing information and talking. Also Ron Paul 2012!

Here is the full text:
If you thought the “Transportation Security Administration” would limit itself to conducting unconstitutional searches at airports, think again. The agency intends to assert jurisdiction over our nation’s highways, waterways, and railroads as well. TSA launched a new campaign of random checkpoints on Tennessee highways last week, complete with a sinister military-style acronym--VIP(E)R—as a name for the program.
As with TSA’s random searches at airports, these roadside searches are not based on any actual suspicion of criminal activity or any factual evidence of wrongdoing whatsoever by those detained. They are, in effect, completely random. So first we are told by the U.S. Supreme Court that American citizens have no 4thamendment protections at border crossings, even when standing on U.S. soil. Now TSA takes the next logical step and simply detains and searches U.S. citizens at wholly internal checkpoints.
The slippery slope is here. When does it end? How many more infringements on our liberties, our property, and our basic human rights to travel freely will it take before people become fed up enough to demand respect from their government? When will we demand that the government heed obvious constitutional limitations, and stop treating ordinary Americans as criminal suspects in the absence of probable cause?
The real tragedy occurs when Americans incrementally become accustomed to this treatment on the roads just as they have become accustomed to it in the airports. We already accept arriving at the airport 2 or more hours before a flight to get through security; will we soon have to build in an extra 2 or 3 hours into our road trips to allow for checkpoint traffic?
Worse, some people are lulled into a false sense of security and are actually grateful for this added police presence! Should we really hail the expansion of the police state as an enhancement to safety? I submit that an attitude of acquiescence to TSA authority is thoroughly dangerous, un-American, and insulting to earlier freedom-loving generations who built this country.
I am certain people will complain about this, once they have to sit in stopped traffic for a few extra hours to allow for random searches of cars. However, I am also certain it merely will take another "foiled" plot to silence many people into gladly accepting more government mismanagement of safety.
Vigilant, observant, law-abiding, gun-owning citizens defend themselves and stop crimes every day before police can respond. That is the source of real security in America: the 2nd Amendment right to defend oneself. The answer is for people to be empowered to protect themselves. Yet how many weapons might these checkpoints confiscate? Even when individual go through all the legal hoops of licensing and permits, the chances of harassment or outright confiscation of weapons and detention of citizens when those weapons are found at a TSA checkpoint is extremely high.
Disarming the highways and filling them full of jack-booted thugs demanding to see our papers is no way to make them safer. Instead, it is a great way to expand government surveillance powers and tighten the noose around our liberties.

Audio equipment fund drive
This is worse than AM radio quality audio.
What will it take to make quality audio equal to a $30 MP3 recorder? I'll gladly send him mine.
Yeah, 1933 Germany redux. Sounds like BB's bouncing on a tin roof. Nothing has changed but the costumes. What is that a 1Khz bandwidth audio filter. No better than King George terrorizing the colonists. My eardrums are bleeding.
Unacceptable for this man to have such crappy audio equipment, and I don't give a damn about this being a telephone delivered message.
This is 2011. Lets make it happen.
The ECPA
Last Friday, October 21, marked the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA). This law is hopelessly outdated and fails to protect your online privacy from government snooping.
But The Gov from Texas
would be in favor of checkpoints;-|

This is the most chilling, hair-raising TX Straight Talk....
...I've heard by Ron Paul.
The blueprint for a hardcore despotic crackdown on America is known and reported by brave journalists to all who have ears, and that blueprint is being rapidly rolled out.
The TSA highway checkpoints is the latest milestone.
It is scary to think of guns being confiscated at the random stops, and it is very probable that rightful, and duty-bound civil disobedience may result in some type of violent ending.
"Those who make peaceful protect impossible, make violent insurrection an inevitability", JFK said, I believe.
I wonder, at what point will Ron Paul step up to the next level, and as the undisputed leader of the free world, at what point will he say, "stop taking the abuse. Do something. Say NO! Go to jail over it, etc."
I wonder if he will pull such a protest and go to jail, symbolically for the millions of oppressed Americans.
I think it would be a brilliant move.
Imagine if a TSA agent arrested Ron Paul for refusing to have his rights violated. Imagine them handcuffing RP, imagine him going to jail.
Of course, I don't think the TSA would ever do it because of the negative publicity.
But they WILL and ARE doing it to regular, law-abiding Americans. Will you stand up? Will I? At what point will you say "no" to tyranny?

I'm glad Ron Paul is on this one, the House and Senate are needing some intestinal fortitude. This should be nipped in the bud there, now before the precident spreads.
