Vatican Calls for 'Central World Bank' to Be Set Up

It is alarming to see Catholic agencies so thoroughly and unabashedly going against Catholic teaching and thought.

of course vatican teaching has always been opposite of the bill of rights. the popes have always tried to destroy the u.s. becase we dont submit to the pope.

The whole Roman Catholic system is supposedly centered on these short verses..

Matthew 16 Geneva Bible 1599

15 He said unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
16 Then Simon Peter answered, and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
17 And Jesus answered, and said to him, Blessed art thou, Simon, the son of Jonah, for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.
18 And I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my Church; and the gates of hell shall not overcome it.
19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatsoever thou shalt bind upon earth, shall be bound in heaven, and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth, shall be loosed in heaven.

I don't see anywhere in these verses that there was a "Pope" created that would be passed from man to man through the generations. I do understand by reading this that even though Peter means "rock"...the actual "rock" that Christ is speaking of is the answer that Peter correctly gave. "Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God." That is the Rock that Christ build His church upon..not the denier who puts man and his ways before God's.

So Christ appointed Peter the denier, who offended Him, and only understand the ways of man rather than God, to be his all mighty Church leader for the remainder of days? Me thinks not.

This is the main problem I have had with the Roman system...yet they seem to forget this part when parading the first half of the conversation...they also seem to forget that it was Peter who denied Christ three times. The whole system is set up to be mans system and to glorify man and the church itself. Which is EXACTLY what Christ said to Peter in the ignored text following the paraded text above. We don't need a pope..we don't need to be members of the Roman Catholic church to receive salvation. I for one am saved by grace and don't require no stinking pope to "allow" me into the club.

ALL RELIGIOUS SYSTEMS ARE USELESS AND GO AGAINST THE WORD OF GOD. It can't be said any clearer than that. You were left with an instruction book and a conscience, use them. Sure hanging out with other like minded folks is great, and I find church very fulfilling at times..but don't fall into the trap of following man's rules over God's rules. While Roman churches are bad..the "reformed" are just as bad. Am I a bad person for dancing? Drinking a beer? Do I believe in the Holy Trinity? Do I go to church on Saturday or Sunday? Do I take communion from one cup or multiple cups? Do I even take communion? Does my wife cut her hair or wear makeup? Do I shave my beard? Have I ever forgotten to give my 10%?

These are all simple examples of how RELIGIOUS SYSTEMS of all kinds have distorted the Word of God and the simple requirements of God, in order to please and glorify man instead. It isn't just a Roman Catholic issue..it is an overall sickness that the physical church has suffered from the beginning. If you believe that there are requirements and needs beyond what the Bible tells you..then you are among the deceived. Read your Bible..get the Word and direction straight from the source..not the wolf in sheeps clothing. I hear arguments against God all the time...and 99% are because of the teachings of man..not the Word of God.. Big difference.
