The key to Ron Paul winning the Republican nomination is winning the Iowa Caucus. If you want to spread the message, please continue to signwave, table, hand out flyers, make comments online, visit Occupy protests etc. BUT if you really want to help Ron Paul WIN this political election,the best thing you can do is MAKE PHONE CALLS to Iowa!!

This very easy to use program allows you to reach out to likely voters without even having to dial repeatedly. You do need a computer though. Just dial into a general number once, and wait for the system to connect you to a voter one by one. Ask very important survey questions to gain information about a voter and record them!

I could really use a hand in southwest iowa.. the best folks i have found to talk too are the independents and even some dems... but the republicans down here are pretty much all neo cons.. its bumming me out guys..

Sorry folks, kind of off topic but I have an important question. I'm an Iowan and will be caucusing for Ron Paul again this go around and I can't remember if you have to be registered republican to vote or not. My girlfriend and I are both registered republicans so we wont have a problem but I was going to try to drag a few others to the caucus that arent republicans. I was thinking at the 08 election caucus there was a booth where you could register republican so you could vote in the caucus. Anyone know the rules and regulations for the Iowa caucus. Thanks.
You have to be registered Republican.
The sooner your friends register the better, just so there isn't any funny business that prevents them from voting. It would be good to register before Christmas.
If you can't get them to register early you can still bring them along to the Caucus to register that night. They need to show proof of residency and identity though.
Are you going to deliver a stump speech? Are you a precinct captain? You should at least prepare a speech as a back up just in case no one steps up.

I found the best times to be...
430pm to 6pm, right after everyone starts getting home and before dinner. Today I had a 25% survey completion rate! Alot of people are still very undecided. All these phone calls are just canvasing calls, read from a script. Its soo easy!
