Idiot is idiot

Even in socialist Europe, they only proposed 0.1% Pan Europe financial transaction tax. Who gives these idiots rights to tax others any number they want?

If wall street is full of criminals, they should be sent to jail but not to be asked paying higher tax. This kind of idiot bill will send entire financial industry to Asia overnight, so no one goes to jail and no one pays tax.
