South Carolina Supporter, Great Interview, Calls for Jim DeMint's Endorsement

This is my uncle, who became a Ron Paul supporter in 2007. He runs a small business in Greenville, SC. His intent is to get Senator Jim DeMint to back Ron Paul to become President. Please listen to his latest interview and please post a comment on this report in support of Ron Paul! This is our opportunity to to get more press in South Carolina. Let's show our massive presence to this news company. They gave a great interview. FYI, my uncle knew very little about economics and government before meeting Ron Paul just 4 years ago - listen to him go! Proud to be his nephew! Let's let Senator DeMint know too!

but I wouldn't bank on DeMint endorsing RP. DeMint's a TP rhetorician. Style, not substance. Look at his voting record and positions on the issues.

We'll see....

P.S.

Just as an aside, isn't it interesting that the media tried to create a story out of RP's eyebrow yet they've never mentioned DeMint's toupee?

I agree with Dominick, Jim DeMint should endorse Ron Paul. If he is as "Tea Party" as he claims to be, I can't beleive there is any other choice for him than to endorse Ron Paul. I will be very disappointed in Jim DeMint if he does not endorse Ron Paul.

Demint May Be Key Nationally But Definitely in SC

Salute to your Uncle, sounds like a great guy! I think the point he makes about Jim Demint is a great one. I think an endorsement would be a huge boost nationally to Dr. Paul's campaign and I also think that it could shift SC into Dr. Paul's win column.

What are your thoughts on initiating a phone call campaign to Mr. Demint's office asking him to endorse Dr. Paul?

I just called the DC office and was very polite, expressed my support for Senator Demint, pointed out that Dr. Paul is a consitutional conservative and encouraged him to closely look at the field of candidates. I said that Dr. Paul is a courageous man and and his plan cuts 1 trillion in the first year as oppossed to the drawn out 10 year time frames of other candidates.

Please be very cordial, compliment Senator Demint on his values and courage and express how Dr. Paul and his values are very much in line with one another.

THAT is so great to know - I have a very difficult time finding like-minded Ron Paul supporters in Greenville/Spartanburg. VERY encouraging!
