That's right, our Nobel Peace Prize winning president hasn't satisfied his bloodthirst yet!
After his request to keep the troops in Iraq even longer was denied by the Iraqi government, he decided to tell everyone that it was his true intention to withdraw all along.
He's not exactly bringing them home, hes sending them to the Persian Gulf, to stage them for another war!
