Ron Paul Portrait Infringement?

I apologize because I've forgotten who the author of this magnificent Ron Paul portrait was, but it looks like Business Insider is committing a clear cut case of infringement by reproducing their art without attribution on their web site.

I don't know this artist or his viewpoint

on copyrights, but many libertarians who post on the 'net are happy to see their Liberty images used widely. For courtesy it should be attributed if the artist is known. But I've seen this image used in videos and many places, and that can benefit an artist by getting exposure and recognition.
