Does your town have a Veterans Day Parade? If so, you need to be in it with your Ron Paul signs!

These Veterans Day Parades are fantastic opp'tys for our message. Signage should also include the enlisted's campaign donation support for Ron, as well as the message of Peace, Liberty & Sound Money.

These parades are usually on the small size, so it's the perfect opp'ty to stand out. I doubt the other candidates will have people who will march for them. At the recent Nevada Day Parade, we had three times as many people march for Ron, as there were for Romney, plus we had a decorated car, truck, and music. We gave out Ron Paul balloons to kids in the audience, and slim jims to the adults.

Think about doing this!

Veterans Day is 11-11-11 this year.

WOW!

Thanks for digging out my old post.
I just got finished making my "Veteran's for Ron Paul!" signs. The people have RSVP'd, the announcer's copy has been turned in, the truck has its signs, the candy is ready for tossing, and our Ron Paul t-shirt are ready to be put on. Mila spent all day making a flyer just for this day, & I know other people have done things to make this special.

I'll post photos.

While I was making my signs, a radio host asked people to call & tell them who looked the most presidential in last night's debate. I called & talked about Ron. It was like talking to a Nazi about Moses. He just didn't get it....

Oh well, tomorrow Virginia City, the next day - AMERICA!!!

PS: On Friday we're also making phone calls from headquarters. Everyone else needs to do that, too!!!

Also, if you can think about a flyer

to hand out to the groups that obviously support RP at the parade, to show them what to do next:

1) Register Republican
2) Join or start a meetup at meetup.com
3) Go to ronpaul2012.com, sign up as a volunteer and donate, buy t-shirts, buy RP business cards to hand to wait staff, put yard sign up, etc...
4) Get knowledgeable about what Dr. Paul stands for
5) Have 5 other friends join you.

VA Hospitals

Don't forget to flyer near the VA Hospitals and get a few vets to march with you.

What do you think? http://consequeries.com/

We're IN

We are in our Veteran's Day Parade but we had to fight for it. We are giving out 500 RON PAUL balloon's on balloon sticks to kids along the parade route. No parent will deny their kid a balloon...remember that! :)

think about a flyer on a half page

to hand out to the groups that obviously support RP at the parade, to show them what to do next, the flyer could say:

1) Register Republican
2) Join or start a meetup at meetup.com
3) Go to ronpaul2012.com, sign up as a volunteer and donate, buy t-shirts, buy RP business cards to hand to wait staff, put yard sign up, etc...

great

have one person walk along with a camera. Get lots of pictures with them being handed the balloons.

I'm not sure

if the local towns will have a Veterans Day Parade or not. However, something along those lines -
I recently bought a 2002 VW Beetle with a paint job like Herbie the love bug. Can anyone think of a way to incorporate the 'love' bug in the Ron Paul Revolution? I don't want to disfigure it in anyway, and I'm on a very limited budget. Hand made signs for the windows? or something similar. Herbie gets recognized quite often, so if he can campaign for Ron Paul - - - why not?

Oh - if you don't know what Herbie the love bug is here is a pic of him - http://partywave.deviantart.com/art/Herbie-The-Love-Bug-1963...
Except mine is a 2002 model with moon roof.

Also, this county is 90%+ Democrats, so they may not get the connection!

The magnets at ronpaul2012.com

are about 15 bucks each, I think that is pretty reasonable. Plus if you make up flyers on the half page:

to hand out to the groups that obviously support RP at the parade, to show them what to do next, the flyer could say:

1) Register Republican
2) Join or start a meetup at meetup.com
3) Go to ronpaul2012.com, sign up as a volunteer and donate, buy t-shirts, buy RP business cards to hand to wait staff, put yard sign up, etc...

Post your email and I'll send you some graphics

R3volution or the excerpt '3vol'...a few others. Office Depot or Staples etc. sells magnetic sheets that go into your inkjet printer and you could trick it out on the cheap.

temporary account

ok - I had my email address up for 4 days with no response. So I'm removing it.

Advertise the fact that Ron Paul is a veteran too

and maybe include that picture of him in his uniform. I think many people don't know he served and they (and especially the vets)would appreciate learning of his service.

Just sayin'.

yes,

have one person walk on each side of the parade route with the Ron Paul slim jim in his Air Force uniform. The parades we participated in moved fast. Get one of those aprons from Home Depot and pack all the slim jims in you can carry.

Liberty Flag

As a councilman I have to be in our memorial day parade...

I fly quiltsando's grassroots liberty flag!

Thank you, Michael,

for putting this on the front page.

Here's a link to photos of our Nevada Day Parade entry.
If anyone can figure out how to post them, be my guest!

It's a great idea.

Unfortunately where I live in the Rio Grand Valley of deep south Texas- aka (Obama Zombie Land) and (Drug Cartel Haven) the children don't even get Veterans Day off school or Memorial day. But I have seen other Ron Paul supporters so I guess there is still a glimmer of hope.

Great stuff!

Sounds like a wonderful day!

Thanks ausscyn!

Hey, got any pics? Post'em up!

Still no interest

in Veterans Day?

bumping again

no one thinks this is a good idea?

This really needs to be kept
