CHIP IN for costs only for donated billboard 'Support Them Now' theme w military donations graph

This is by the same PAC that created For Liberty, and it is a massive 48 feet by 18 feet!
We already got the less expensive billboard chip in filled, but need help with this one. The billboard space, itself is donated, but we need printing, hanging and utilities for the electric light costs covered.
