Welcome to the New World Disorder by Pat Buchanan

Ethnic nationalism, what Albert Einstein dismissed as “the measles of mankind,” and religious fanaticism are making headlines and history.

Welcome to the new world disorder.

What has this to do with us? Perhaps little, perhaps everything.

In three weeks of my radio-TV tour to promote Suicide of a Superpower, no question has occurred more often than one about the chapter “The End of White America.” Invariably, the question boils down to this:

Why should we care if white Americans become a minority? America, interviewers remind me, assimilated the immigrants of a century ago — Italians, Poles, Jews, Slavs — and we can do the same with peoples from the Third World.

And perhaps they are right. Perhaps the year 2050 will see an America as united as the America of Dwight Eisenhower and JFK.

Yet there are reasons to worry.

First, the great American Melting Pot has been rejected by our elites as cultural genocide, in favor of a multiculturalism that is failing in Europe. Second, what we are attempting has no precedent in human history.

Pat said,

"... what we are attempting has no precedent in human history."

I guess that depends on who he is referring to by "we". This isn't the first time a country has become a melting pot for multi-raced individuals. The last time it happened, a cast system was developed by the PTB, because after a while everyone became the same color (light brown), which made it impossible to keep people in their place (that is, in the same social position that they were born into). That happened in India. It took about 600 years for most of the population to blend in color that time. I wonder how long it will take this time, and if we will eventually once again be kept "in our places" by another cast sytem implimentation. If only we could evolve spiritually as quickly as we can evolve physically...

interesting perspective on India--

I suppose this . . .

balances out the thread about Farrakhan!

When any racial or ethnic group decides not to have children while any other racial or ethnic group continues to have children, this will happen.

*I* believe the tragedy, if there is one, will be personal, not global. Rome was no longer "Roman", but mostly populated by slaves from other regions. This has happened before. Eat, drink, be merry, and don't have more than 1 child--

and you can be forgotten in a few generations.

I think the Answer is freedom and Achievements for mankind, That is what can hold us together and pointing out the differences we have only makes it worse. we should point out what we all have in common and that is the want/need for freedom.

For a number of years now it seems that Buchanan has been

preoccupied with the idea of white Americans becoming a minority in the United States. This is obviously driven by demographics, and perhaps mass immigration into the US has distorted the natural march of demographics in favor of non-whites. However, consider the demographic trends in Russia, Germany and many other European countries, where their populations have demographically peaked, and are on the decline in terms of numbers.

Just some random thoughts here.

Will popular democracy bring down the New World Order?

'Arrivederci, Roma'

Patrick J. Buchanan

Will popular democracy bring down the New World Order?

A fair question. For Western peoples are growing increasingly reluctant to accept the sacrifices that the elites are imposing upon them to preserve that New World Order.

Political support for TARP, to rescue the financial system after the Lehman Brothers collapse, is being held against any Republican candidate who backed it. Germans and Northern Europeans are balking at any more bailouts of Club Med deadbeats.

Eighty-one members of David Cameron's party voted against him to demand a referendum on whether Britain should leave the European Union altogether, the worst Tory revolt ever against the EU.

Far Right on rise in Europe, says report

The far right is on the rise across Europe as a new generation of young, web-based supporters embrace hardline nationalist and anti-immigrant groups, a study has revealed ahead of a meeting of politicians and academics in Brussels to examine the phenomenon.

Research by the British thinktank Demos for the first time examines attitudes among supporters of the far right online. Using advertisements on Facebook group pages, they persuaded more than 10,000 followers of 14 parties and street organisations in 11 countries to fill in detailed questionnaires.

The study reveals a continent-wide spread of hardline nationalist sentiment among the young, mainly men. Deeply cynical about their own governments and the EU, their generalised fear about the future is focused on cultural identity, with immigration – particularly a perceived spread of Islamic influence – a concern.

"We're at a crossroads in European history," said Emine Bozkurt, a Dutch MEP who heads the anti-racism lobby at the European parliament. "In five years' time we will either see an increase in the forces of hatred and division in society, including ultra-nationalism, xenophobia, Islamophobia and antisemitism, or we will be able to fight this horrific tendency."

5,000-strong mob chants 'Russia for Russians'

Thousands of far-right Nazi-saluting nationalists marched in Moscow today in a 'Take Back Russia' protest at Muslim migrants.

Resentment is growing over the migrants from Russia's Caucasus and the money the Kremlin sends to those troubled regions.

Chanting 'Russia for Russians' and 'Migrants today, occupiers tomorrow,' about 5,000 demonstrators, mostly young men, marched through a working-class neighbourhood on the outskirts of the capital.
