Super Tuesday IS the Decider
The money is needed WAY before Super Tuesday (this day will basically decide the nominee). Donating money too close to or after this event will be a MASSIVE waste of money.

Matter of fact, I post this sarcastically, cause I think, as I've posted before, that everyone has become like sheep with these money bomb thangs. Now everyone is wanting to hold their money from the campaign until MLK day, which is way to close to 5th Feb. Ron Paul's campaign can buy advertising which WILL be aired. This idea of all the free press from a money bomb is a gamble. As many times as we've heard people say "They HAVE to stop ignoring us now" after the XYZ event, only to see little or no press about it, you'd think people would learn. On the 16th Dec money bomb, it was hardly mentioned the day of the event.
The free press associated with a money bomb is NOT gauranteed. The press DOES NOT have to acknowledge ANYTHING. And it certainly doesn't gaurantee that RP's ACTUAL MESSAGE will be delievered.
On the other hand, if the campaign gets the money in time, they can buy ads that send out the message.
The money bomb game was good when we had time, well in advance ot the voting. But the time for playing games, watching the counter with glee, is past. The grassroots effort has raised $19 million in 3 months, but we are not in the same boat now. We need to raise $19 million in 3 weeks.

Different Amounts to Choose From?
On some previous posts, I believe I had seen where someone mentioned about having different amounts they could choose from to give to the campaign for the "money bomb". Not everyone can afford $100 everytime. If there were other choices ($25, $50 or even more than $100, like $500, etc.) I think it would be a good idea. Anyone else think this is a good idea?

That you don't really even have to pledge in order to make a donation. Matter of fact, you can go to RP's web site RIGHT NOW and donate from $1 to $2300. You don't even have to wait for all the other sheep to join you. YOU CAN ACTUALLY BE A LEADER INSTEAD OF A FOLLOWER!

We need to keep a very close eye on the total # donors
It is a good indication of the growth or our base. Currently, it is under 69 thousand uniquely identified donors (see here: http://ronpaulgraphs.com/donors_state_count.html ). Many of these have donated multiple times. Out of those many are likely maxed out. What we may have left is more of the people that can't donate large amounts.
We need to have the donor base tripled and we probably will after we win both IA and NH but it won't be overnight.
I'm maxed out so I can't donate until after the nomination.

Don't They Need the Requested Money Before Super Tuesday?
I thought I read that the campaign needed the $23 million extra before Super Tuesday. I thought they needed it for helping to spread the word for Dr. Paul before the Super Tuesday elections. Is this not correct?

They need the additional $23 million well before super Tuesday for TV and radio ads. Over 50% of the delegates will be assigned by that day, and the primary might be over if a clear leader emerges.

1st.. most of us SHOULD be out and about on Super Tuesday shuffling people to the caucuses and also being busy becoming delegates.
2nd.. The money bombs are designed to generate publicity. Super Tuesday is too late to garner the publicity needed.
How about a Money Bomb Monday the day before Super Tuesday...

We all need to be getting a good nights sleep to be ready for 1 & 2 above. Maybe the day after would be better???
