*Please respond: poll of DP members*

Please vote UP this thread if you want to see more results!

I'm curious what percentage of active DP members are new since 2007/2008 vs. were here four years ago. This might give us an indication of how much support has grown.

So, if you're reading this, please copy the following questions, paste them in a reply, and answer them.

Thanks,

I don't like surveys of any kind, by anyone

So I won't be providing a response, thanks. Frankly, it surprises me so many are eager to divulge any personal information.

Data mining, commonly used to target prospective financial supporters.

I am also surprised

at the number of people willing to participate in surveys, especially since the information is gathered and used in PR campaigns to win your confidence.

I also refuse to answer phone surveys. Sometimes it is better to keep your opinion to yourself.

What would the Founders do?

Stumbled Onto Paul

1-6 = F, Had never voted. Did watch the election process in '08 (and was actually hoping for the TV star Obama and his false pitch for change), but from my prime time news viewing had not even heard of Ron Paul. It was by downloading the then new "spiderman 2" movie torrent, which turned out to be the movie "loose change", that got me looking on youtube. It was on youtube that I first saw or heard of Ron Paul.

* Had I not researched myself, then I would have never known about Ron Paul and would have never heard his message watching the mainstream news. Am glad to say that as of 6 months ago, I turned off the cable television in my home. Currently am on a one man crusade to discredit the mainstream "news" to anyone and everyone I come in contact with. The news corporations are treasonous traitors to this nation.

Can't help but notice how few twenty-somethings there are.

I thought all us older folks were the problem and it was the youngsters who supported Ron Paul. Actually, I never thought that, I was just told that over and over by the campaign.

Libertarianism is a melding of "liberal" and "conservative" viewpoints which create a solution! I no longer feel like the liberals are all wrong or the (neo)conservatives are all right! Ron Paul has helped me understand this in the "education" that I have gained from him! Ron Paul 2012!!!

Give us clear vision, that we may know where to stand and what to stand for - because unless we stand for something, we shall fall for anything.
