ron paul asserted this in the last two debates so why does he not go after the influence of lobbyists and money in politics..

He Would Go After Lobbyists And Money

in politics in the only way that would not infringe on liberty, by eliminating the motivation to control the government. If there were no goodies to give away, there would be no incentive to "pay to play." If buying and selling were not controlled by the legislature, then legislators would no longer be bought and sold.
