i think most of us who support Ron Paul are gun owners and strongly support the Second Amendment. we should all do our part in calling ,e-mailing ,and writing GOA and NRA and urging them to support and endorse Ron Paul for president in 2012!!!!
NRA really REALLY disappointed me last election
by endorsing McCain because he had the "polling and statistical numbers to win"
It was at that point when I realized any organization that issues Credit Cards is probably not my cup of tea.
I really like GOA!
NRA's American Hunter magazine in '08
featured all GOP contenders on the cover except Ron Paul, and covered all candidates but Ron Paul.
Thus exposing their true colors.
Long Held Position
I have been a GOA member for several years, and know that the organization has used that Ron Paul quote for a long time. They endorsed Rand Paul for US Senate last year (the only gun rights group to do so), and have endorsed Ron Paul in the past. I would like to see them endorse Ron Paul in this election cycle.
