The List of Traitors

The following 61 Senators betrayed you and every other American citizen today by voting against the Udall Amendment, which would strike the provision of the National Defense Autorhization Act which allows for indefinite detention of American citizens by the military

After reading a good part of the original bill & proposed amendments I understand less then before...
It seems it may be more complex then at first glance & that the Udall bill might not be in defense of Liberty.

The Udall amendment was

The Udall amendment was another RUSE - I read it today and found that it was actually WORSE than the original bill. At least one news source came to the same conclusion: http://willyloman.wordpress.com/2011/11/27/udall-amendment-s...

This is a PERFECT example of why you can NOT rely on anyone else - you have to read the bills and amendments yourselves.

A letter to my traitor

Senator Grassely,
Today I cried for myself, my family and my country. What you have done to us in the name of protecting us is worse than what any terrorist could do to us. You have taken from us a right that was not yours to take.
It is an unalienable right that YOU did not grant us! How dare you infringe on our rights in this way. How will you sleep at night?
Perhaps my writing of this letter expressing my extreme dissatisfaction with my government will, today or someday in the future, be enough to put me on the terrorist list.
History will not be kind to those men who opened the door and ushered in a police state the likes of which, until now, had only been seen in places such as Nazi Germany and North Korea.
The only solace I can find is in the knowledge that those who so flagrantly and carelessly abandoned our constitution will one day see the error of their ways.
Although I know it won’t come at the reading of my letter, but rather when they themselves point to the constitution in defense of their own rights to find it ruined and incapable of protecting them. Then they will see the grave mistake they’ve made!
You say you’ve done this for my protection but the only protection I need or want is that which the constitution grants me. I did not ask for you to provide me anything else. You have violated me today in the worst sense of the word.
I will never again vote for you and I look forward to the day when our government is transformed from policy makers like you who believe they stand over us, to policy makers who understand that they only represent us and will stand with us.
With Regret,

Sarah Stokes

Sarah, that letter is REALLY

listening to your constituents

I e-mailed both my Senators the RINO Burr and the Democrat party line Senator Hagen in NC. But of course they both voted for the Act. They both need to be removed from office next time they are up for re-election. I despise both parties.

"First in Freedom" my arse!

Ma Bev should take note too.....

Hmm. Mine was the only comment.

I guess people are just too tired to fight anymore. Sadly, you are going to have to sooner or later, like it or not. And, no...emailing and calling isn't going to change the path of these sociopaths. It is going to take something a kin to a hammer...
