How many people here can deny that this is their typical day?
Personally, I canvassed 100 homes in a nearby neighborhood today and converted 10 people on the spot, with up to 20 others very interested. One of the 10 converts even offered to canvass with me tomorrow. Another one was a high school teacher who was so impressed with my passion that he asked me to come speak to his class of graduating seniors to motivate them to become active in the community.
On top of that I also made several new friends and the final home that I canvassed at invited me in for coffee and was so impressed with my message they ended up feeding me an entire meal!!
Listen up people - this is how Ron Paul is gonna win. I will conservatively estimate that I am personally responsible for converting 500 people to date. And that's not even taking into account how many people my converts have converted!
We are not going to win by going over 20 million for the quarter. If the media even mentions it, it will be a quick "oh by the way" and will immediately return to the Hillary/Obama and Huckabee/Romney sleepathon.
Oh and I'm not gonna sit around here and debate this topic with people. I'm headed to an early date with my pillow so I can be refreshed tomorrow for another day beating the bricks. I'll leave you all with this final word of wisdom. The media cannot censor my conversation with my neighbor. Get up from that keyboard, grab some slim jims, chew some dentine, then go out and convert people face to face. This is the one truly unstoppable way to the promised land.
UPDATE ...
Canvassed another 100 homes today. Conservatively estimate that I converted another 12 on the spot (not counting the last house where I hit the jackpot - see below), with numerous others very intrigued. Told everyone to watch Glenn Beck interview on CNN tonight. I'm sure that the interview converted several more. Made several great contacts and for the second night in a row the last home on my list invited me in for dinner after hearing my message, then they invited me to stay and watch the interview with them. The entire family watched it - Grandma, Grampa, Mom, Dad, Uncle Bill, Aunt Tina, and son Andrew. Talk about surreal - everyone real loved the interview. I think I made 7 converts in one house call! And got a free meal to boot!
Thanks to all for your kind words of support, but I'm not doing anything special that anyone else couldn't do. Get out there people! It's not only the most effective way to convert people - its a freaking blast to boot. I'm so energized by these last 2 days I don't think I'm gonna be able to sleep!

Not sure if I converted anybody but...
I marched with about 50 RP supporters (including seniors, students and families with children) in downtown Olympia, WA (state capitol.) We were loud and proud. Got lots of honks and waves! By the time I got home to my computer the Olympian newspaper had already put out a blurb.
Tomorrow is sign making and neighborhood canvassing. I've done canvassing before for other issues. I don't like it one bit. But it has to be done! It's much much easier if you are with your meetup group!

Racist smears are working.
I actually lost some votes. A Few friends who lean liberal, that were voting to Paul are buying into this Racist stuff. They read the May smear on DailyKOS on Ron Paul, added that with Ron not believing in Evolution(why does this matter?) and said those were a Deal breaker for them. I am trying to convince them otherwise, I know in my heart Ron is not a Racist, and the evolution thing shouldn't matter one bit.
For democrats
The deal breaker is the war. I rarely try to go any further into their philosophies than that, because explaining fiscal responsibility to a liberal democrat is an exercise in futility.
I just simply ask them how they can support a candidate who will keep us in Iraq another 6 YEARS when in just 4 we've lost nearly 4,000 American lives.

No matter, as long as I know those who have material to give out are giving them out...It makes it all worth it too me.
