We should be thanking God for...GLENN BECK!!!

In one case, a prominent family at my church was leaning towards Huckabee but still felt unsettled about him...call it the "Holy Spirit's Conviction"...
So, on Sunday I talked with the husband and he was talking about how his wife seemed to be rather impressed when she happened to catch the Glenn Beck interview. They made the statements that they had only been hearing sound-bites and not getting the full gist of Paul's message. The Glenn Beck interview basically converted them...and the pressure from their son (my Brother-in-Law) and others.
Then, at one of my customer's work place, a guy came out to tell me that he & some others LOVED my signage on my company truck. (I own a lawn & landscaping company and we have been doing a LOT of snow removal this year for them)
He said that his mom hasn't voted for a president SINCE NIXON! She was fed up with all that lying that goes on and all the non-Promises that they make.
WELL, after 20 minutes into the interview on Beck, she said, "That's a man that I'll go to the polls for. I'm going to vote for him."
We should MORE than just thank Beck for his interview...we should count him RESPONSIBLE for doing that which he would never have intended (BUT WE ALL KNEW) in converting those people who just weren't ready to "accept" the Constitution as the Supreme Law of the land!

48% still "undecided"
Just a quick note to remind those of us who may be disheartened hearing all this polling data spewed across the MSM - CNN let on today that 48% of Iowans polled are still undecided! The talking head mentioned this in the context of "anything goes" but of course, she meant it in terms of which of the top 3 candidates might prevail, not whether there might be another candidate who could break through their artificial glass ceiling.
Are us RP supporters making it a point to not let on who we support I wonder??
For that matter, are there any Iowans posting here who are registered Repubs and have been contacted by any pollsters?
It sure would be great to see an RP success cause traditional polling to be turned on its head due to their pre-cybernet polling methodologies.

Beck's Interview
I have seen the Beck interview a few times. Dr. Paul does very well in it. I never thought that Beck treated him all that badly. He could have done a better job, but overall, he didn't do horribly.
Some of Ron Paul's positions are hard to come to terms with when all you've been offered are scraps of freedom.
The only weird thing about the Beck interview, is when it first aired in Manhattan here, the last few minutes went missing, and they were important because that was Ron Paul's 3 minutes to explain his policies. Obviously this was not Beck's decision, but when i checked, it seemed to happen all over the country.
I'm glad it has been re-aired, because the part I missed showed up. I was able to find the missing pieces on Youtube immediately after, but I know most people wouldn't have gone looking.

I want to publicly retract my above comments regarding Ron Paul.
I am doing this as opposed to simply deleting the post, because I think it's important to be responsible about what I post.
I've been looking over this whole situation, and also reading some of the other comments, and I agree that a political candidate cannot possibly know the political affiliations, let alone identity of every person they come in contact with, sign an autograph for or have their picture taken with. (bad grammar..I know...bear with me).
I was watching Glen Beck tonight and he had an extended interview with the Ron Paul. I have to admit....he makes a heck of a lot of sense and appeals to many of my libertarian ideals.
I'm somewhat conflicted about his views regarding the war...but I can also see some validity to what he is saying regarding the extent of our foreign involvement.
He appears to be dedicated to returning us to the Constitution. And I have to respect anyone who is willing to run on that platform.
I've not fully thought him through....so this is not an endorsement of his candidacy....but I believe he is raising some very important issues that need to be addressed in the up-coming election.
I am still somewhat disbturbed concerning his comments regarding Mike Huckabee. However, I believe that perhaps he did not have opportunity to fully explain his position on that, and if allowed to further explain, I doubt he would directly accuse Huckabee of being a fascist.
I'm just trying to be fair in this thing.
I want to hear what the man has to say.

the interview with Neil Cavuto in its entirety so he can see it. Dr. Paul really didn't call Huckabee a fascist, I don't even think he implied it when you here it in its entire context. While he is in a mode of indecision you should make sure he saw Dr. Paul's comments in context. Just a thought. I know its on Youtube.

If Beck would not have made the "terrorist" statement then the interview would not have happened.
The same with the January 6 forumn. Just keep the faith, keep your "nose to the grindstone" and build momentum in the grass roots, posting to correct mistakes in articles ect. But, don't go into sin over it.
The Radio program is just the audio of the interview. They are the same thing. So yes he was on Glenn Beck Radio...
The people I spoke to re: the interview said...
they thought it was obvious Glenn Beck was in favor of him but that the conversation at the end about radical Paulites was just some off Beck's sensationalism and that they didn't put much credence into it.

Yes, he said some pretty crappy stuff in calling us terrorists, but I feel he has righted his wrong with the interview.
I am curious as to other than Beck bringing up the death threat, what makes you feel that the interview was meant to be a disaster interview? It was fair from the start.
