Marine Veteran for Ron Paul: My Humble Endorsement of Ron Paul 2012

I was hesitant to post my video on this great site (member since 2007) as it is only my humble effort at endorsing Ron Paul in 2012, but I want to ensure the widest audience possible in hopes that it may reach more undecided voters. Perhaps my background as a Marine Corps intelligence officer and Branch Head in the Middle East Branch at the USMC service-level intelligence center can lend some credence to Dr. Paul's message.

Your delivery is calm, understated, but with a passion all its own.

I listened to the whole thing, and am glad I did. You communicate with great authority and that quiet demeanor causes people to have a listen.

Thanks for doing this and thanks for your service to the American people.

Time to INVESTIGATE the investigators of 9/11. PROSECUTE the prosecutors. EXPOSE the cover-up.

Semper Fi sir

I joined the Corps back in 94, went through boot camp, but got injured at the end of Infantry Training and took the Honorable Discharge. When I look back, I thank the Lord it happened that way. I was one of those die hards who would have either died over there or would have came home with a lot of innocent blood on my hands. Your words were dead on. They sure don't want Americans to wake up, especially the service members and civil servants. We have spilled our blood and others all around the world, and they pick off a little bit of our freedoms every step of the way. Great speech Captain, we are all infantry now.

Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom must. like men, undergo the fatigue of supporting it.-Thomas Paine

The R3volution requires action, not observation!!!!

Thank you for your service..

Hope you make it to Tampa!

De criminalize Liberty!

Be wide awake.

Lets make sure we aren't replaying or get caught up in another propaganda trick again, ok?

It's all just a little tooooo coincidental for me.

What better way than to keep replaying the game, until perfected. Isn't that what they have been trying to do forever? Who is who and what is what. Just make sure you are on the right side of freedom at all times and lets watch each others backs.

For Ron Paul!

I'm not quite sure I understand what you're getting at. I'm very familiar with the White House (attempted) Coup during FDR's years. I've had MajGen Smedley Butler's quote as my signature line on this site for years. What propaganda trick is it that you think we're getting caught up in?

“There are only two things we should fight for. One is the defense of our homes and the other is the Bill of Rights. War for any other reason is simply a racket."

sent this to my dad

who is a retired marine. I think he's very close, if not convinced on Ron Paul. Maybe this will give him that last little push!

Get some, Devil Dog! You are in good company.

Two-time Medal of Honor winner, General Smedley Butler, USMC, supports Ron Paul's foreign policy too:

“War is just a racket. A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of people. Only a small inside group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few at the expense of the masses.

"I believe in adequate defense at the coastline and nothing else. If a nation comes over here to fight, then we'll fight. The trouble with America is that when the dollar only earns 6 percent over here, then it gets restless and goes overseas to get 100 percent. Then the flag follows the dollar and the soldiers follow the flag.

"I wouldn't go to war again as I have done to protect some lousy investment of the bankers. There are only two things we should fight for. One is the defense of our homes and the other is the Bill of Rights. War for any other reason is simply a racket.

"There isn't a trick in the racketeering bag that the military gang is blind to. It has its "finger men" to point out enemies, its 'muscle men' to destroy enemies, its 'brain men' to plan war preparations, and a 'Big Boss' Super-Nationalistic-Capitalism.

"It may seem odd for me, a military man to adopt such a comparison. Truthfulness compels me to. I spent thirty- three years and four months in active military service as a member of this country's most agile military force, the Marine Corps. I served in all commissioned ranks from Second Lieutenant to Major-General. And during that period, I spent most of my time being a high class muscle- man for Big Business, for Wall Street and for the Bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism.

"I suspected I was just part of a racket at the time. Now I am sure of it. Like all the members of the military profession, I never had a thought of my own until I left the service. My mental faculties remained in suspended animation while I obeyed the orders of higher-ups. This is typical with everyone in the military service.

"I helped make Mexico, especially Tampico, safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in. I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefits of Wall Street. The record of racketeering is long. I helped purify Nicaragua for the international banking house of Brown Brothers in 1909-1912. I brought light to the Dominican Republic for American sugar interests in 1916. In China I helped to see to it that Standard Oil went its way unmolested.

"During those years, I had, as the boys in the back room would say, a swell racket. Looking back on it, I feel that I could have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts. I operated on three continents.”

Paul ante portas.

I kept a picture of Smedley at my desk for the last two years or so of my service. Interesting how the Marine Corps doesn't like to educate Marines about his true courage.

Many thanks for this low-keyed, heartfelt & most convincing

witnessing for Ron Paul, MarineforLiberty!

You and your fellow liberty-defenders ARE the strength of our country.

Your endorsement. thank you.

As you have stated so well, we too, found our political worldview challenged by the precise argumentation of Ron Paul. Liberty as based on the constitution has become increasingly threatened by the successive waves of politicians who erode it by faulty policies, however well intentioned. Ron Paul has spoken consistently about these threats and has voiced the only way to deal with them: strict constitutionalism.

Thank you for publicly endorsing Ron. We support him, and you.

God bless you and your family for time and eternity in Christ.

Gary and Suanne Cepek

Thank you

Your voice lends credibility to the cause.

thank you great video!!

Another Marine supporting Ron Paul

I've been a member of the GOP since the day I turned 18 and registered to vote as a Republican, registered for the draft and walked into the Marine Corps Recruiting Office to enlist in the Corps. I supported Reagan's candidacy for the GOP nomination as a young Marine in 1976 and worked for the Reagan campaign in 1980 and 1984 as a Marine sergeant. As a lifelong conservative of more than 38 years, I support Ron Paul for President in 2012. Excellent video Chris - will share.

Thanks for your service.

Another great veteran support message. Get this out there.

How to Post to Main Page?

Can anybody help me figure out how to post this video to the main page? Is it dependent upon number of views or positive votes? Thanks for the help.

Thanks for speaking up.

My BIL was/is USMC intel, and did a couple of tours in AlAnbar Province.
He now is @ the Pent. working for AFRICOM.

I have been trying to plant seeds along the way, and get him to wake up. Maybe your video will help.

Thanks for passing it along. There may even be a chance I've crossed paths with him in the past. Can't say I miss Anbar any...
