I love going to Redstate whenever I want a morbid laugh. I do have to admit I've enjoyed seeing poster Devereaux change his stripes since the last election, as I don't BELIEVE he was always so friendly to Paul.

This entire post, though...oh goodness. I'll just say there's a rather signification difference between saying the administration wanted an EXCUSE or pretext to attack Iraq, and was glad 9/11 provided it, as compared to saying they WANTED 9/11 to happen (debatable, granted for those on the LIHOP/MIHOP fronts).

Nothing new to see here, honestly. Many Redstaters are morally relativistic and apparently struggling with so much internal dissonance at HAVING to support anyone other than Paul (even if that means betraying any and all conservative principles or consistency) that they tend to come unhinged on a regular basis.

Sad, really. I'm almost kind of glad they're a dying breed and we actually have hope for the upcoming generations of the republican party. They'll refuse it with their dying breaths, but you can't sincerely argue that the future is NOT Paul's, whether he's a direct part of it or not.

Just ignore them. They were never worth listening to in the first place. This is a group of people who's main contribution is to serve as a bad example to others, so that the same heinous mistakes are never made again.

My advice is simply steer clear and relish in the fact that for the most part, discussion in a positive light about Dr. Paul has been banned there. Aside from his rational explanation of his comment, expect no rational from the Communist lovers there, only submitting to the government will gain you any respect amongst the rank and file staters, perhaps they should change the site to Redstatists.XXX, then they could feel relived that a porn site didn't get the extension...

Now I am now banished because only one person I support will really cut the budget and practices liberty.
