Filter, filter, filterSubmitted by JonForRon on Sun, 12/11/2011 - 13:42
It was good to see Ron getting more questions and more time to speak last night and he consistently cleaned up at the online polls. The audience applauded him enthusiastically, so it was pretty apparent he won that debate.
Later I turned on the local CBS news right when they were reporting on the debate. They talked of Romney, Newt, Perry, Santorum, and Bachmann, but not one mention of Dr. Paul.
I know this will not surprise most of you, it didn't me. But it annoys the hell out of me, because it is precisely this deception that keeps Ron away from most Americans awareness. That and the highly manipulated polls they shove in our faces.
These local affiliates reach the most people and if you filter there, you control the election outcome. I say they reach the most people because every household with a TV receives them and people will tune into their local news.
There must be away to apply pressure to these gatekeepers and make them do the right thing. If we had the money we could circumvent the news by putting ads up during the commercials of the news. Maybe that would make their blackout of Ron Paul seem obvious to their viewers.
