GOD, we're counting on You.
We are down to the wire and we have no way to verify the vote all over the United States. Most of us have watched the problems with the computers. We have seen the problems with the straw polls. If they couldn't be honest with the straw polls, why can we expect better in the real poll?
The RP people who will be at each precinct in Iowa will not be part of the vote counting, or watching (because it is secret), and will have to take the word of the GOP who will count the manual votes privately and turn the votes into the national party.
The tally that is going to libertybroadcastnetwork.org is just a tabulation and a way to get very early results and not have to wait on anyone. But the RP people in the voting area will not be the ones to count the vote (unless they ask if they can be included and are allowed in to watch the vote, but no one has told them to do this) and there is no state wide (nation wide) attempt to instruct the precinct watchers to do an exit poll.
We don't have it tied down. I thought we would.
Faith is great
Faith is great, I personally believe that God gave us free will and the laws of nature, and that it is up to us to use our God given assets to the best of our ability. The strugle in which we are involved is a difficult one; there are powerful enmies to confront, people who will do whatever they think is needed to maintain their privileges and power. We need dedication and valor to continue to do what is right. What we do, or fail to do, will determine in what country we, our children and grandchildren will live. Let's keep up the good fight so that we can live in freedom in a country where all can work and hope for a better future. Prayer will not hurt.

In response to Tad below. I know all about the affidavit and it is another attempt that misses the mark. We can have an accurate count all day for Ron Paul, BUT "they" can take votes from Thompson and give them to anyone to make that person come out ahead of Ron Paul. So far I have not heard a solution. Two attempts are the affidavit and the liberty count, but neither protects against voter fraud. Now many, but not all, precincts will have our people there. But every precinct needs to be covered from 6:45 am until 7pm and everyone who votes needs to be counted and every vote for at least Ron Paul needs to be tabulated. A table needs to be set up and manned that is called a "Verify the Vote" table and everyone should be encouraged to pass by it and tell who they voted for. A standard tabulation page needs to be used by everyone across the nation and a slot for "unknown" needs ot be ticked if a voter won't disclose who he voted for. But this has not been set up. No one is prepared to do this. I don't even know if all precincts would allow it. Video cameras need to film the voting booths all day to verify a number of voters. I have no idea if cameras are allowed.
Ron Paul Vote Count
Recently I came across this website RonPaulVoteCount located at:

I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere on DP. Since we're all concerned about an accurate vote count, it might be worth checking out. Their Mission statement says:
"In order to provide for a fair and proper presidential election process, and overcome prevalence of vote fraud in recent elections, the RonPaulVoteCount Movement will help Ron Paul voters
to independently DOCUMENT THEIR VOTES with an Affidavit.
In this manner, a mechanism will be in place, and acted upon by RonPaulVoteCount volunteers, to INDEPENDENTLY count, total, and report such votes, for comparison to results reported by the Election Administrator, and, where significant discrepancy is found, take further action within a short time period after the Election."
I wonder if this would be a more practical and full-proof way of ensuring an accurate vote count for Dr. Paul. Perhaps it could be utilized in addition to the vote watchers. IMO we need to take all possible precautions to safe-guard against Vote Fraud.

That is absolutely NOT the only thing that thwarts a hand count. Being allowed to do one is what thwarts it. If we request watching the count, will we be allowed to? If we call for a hand count, will it be allowed? We need an organizer to set up a nationwide hand count.

Let the "counters" know who you are
Let the GOP folks whom are responsible for the vote counting know that we know who they are. Not in a threatening way just in a "we know who you are" way.
Keep in mind that the hand of God is in all things, even the hands of the cheaters. Their consciences will be calling to them.
People who hide in the shadows are emboldened. Those who are in the daylight are more likely to behave. We can count our own votes and remember the Lord helps those who help themselves.

can that action include??? How do we check the vote to be sure there is no fraud. Have you watched the videos on voter fraud??? Do you know what happened in Florida's straw poll. Platitudes are wonderful. I live by them often. But this is a national problem that NO ONE has stepped up and solved.

Even though we should do what we can for Ron Paul, we shouldn't worry. After all, after all the media and others have done to discredit and ignore and smear him, hasn't it all backfired on them, and helped Ron Paul? Bear with me, you unbelievers, but I really believe that God has raised Ron Paul up, and if I am right, nothing they can do against him will succeed. In the Bible there are plenty of instances of the powerful's attempts to destroy the righteous being confounded, and ultimately used by God to help the righteous and push God's plan. Whenever I get discouraged by this powerful elite running everything, I read Psalm 37.

this is the first of many caucuses. time and time again, many no names in the beginning, end up winning.. .and vice versa.. many people who have won the caucus, go onto to lose once the hard questions start coming up.
think of this as the beginning of a popularity contest. once the chafe gets burned off, the people of substance will be left. Trudy and Thompson will be the first to go. Trudy has nothing beyond his name value. as with Thompson as well. Romney and Huck are arleady starting to align themselves to fight off the Paul uprising... just watch.

i think its wrong to say "leave it in God's hands." everything about Christianity is being proactive to make change happen. beyond that, it implies hopelessness, when there shouldn't be any.
the reality is this type of grassroots movement is NEW. it will take time for us to continue to get organized, and we should learn from the lessons we will be given in a day. we shouldn't be so easily discouraged if everything doesn't come together. and as a side note, i'll be at the caucus with my camera in tow and plan to stay the full time. i am well aware of the recounts that had to be done for Buchanan.
