I'd never heard of Ed Schultz before either, but I thought he did an excellent job of interviewing Dr. Paul. I thought Dr. Paul did extremely well--geez, how is it possible that anyone could be opposed to this message? Can somebody help me with that? Dr. Paul sounded so concise, prepared, confident, sensible, knowledgeable. Thank you for posting. This was great--it made my day.

Dr. Paul mentioned our new 70 yr old 1st time voter that had his wife post on here. Very cool.

That was an excellent interview. If Ron Paul had been given this kind of media (radio & tv) coverage beginning 6-8 months ago, his poll numbers would have soared by now.

This is a perfect example of why the Old Media doesn't want his message to be aired to American voters. They are terrified of what the result would be.

ES: What's this deal about FOX not letting you into a debate? How do you feel about that?

RP: Well, ...I feel sorry for THEM, they're embarrasing themselves. I think it's going to backfire on them, I think they are between a rock and a hard place now, they don't want me in, they can't change their mind but if they keep me out they will look like they're not very fair.

ES: Why don't they want you in?

RP: I believe they don't want to hear the message because I am the Republican that stands up and says we ought to do what we said we would do, you know; balance the budget, cut the spending, have sound money. Remember we (Bush) campaigned this last go'round on a "humble foreign policy" and, I just stick to my guns and I think they are too "pro-war".

ES: So, Congressman Paul - you think it is a content issue as to why Fox isn't having you in on this debate? Is that what I'm hearing?

RP: I would consider that a 99% possibility

ES: They don't want to hear what you have to say?

RP: Oh absolutely, I mean what other reason could it be? Have I not done well? Have I not proven myself? Do I have any supporters? Have I raised any money?.......

I caught the interview on my lunch break. Dr. Paul was outstanding! I think that his message of ending "the war" and bringing the troops home resonates with many Democrats (like I once was).

I appreciated Dr. Paul's truthfulness when he articulated that he thought Foecks News was excluding him from the upcoming NH debate because they do not like his message of Freedom, Peace & Prosperity.

I have a message for Foecks: YOU CANNOT STOP US. WE WILL WIN.
