The GOP Is Scared Stupid

Many Americans are waking up to find that, as they slumbered, their liberty was taken. Now they want it back and it scares the daylights out of the GOP. They simply do not know what to do. Their pride has blinded them and made them stupid. As a result, they gush out nonsensical reactions:

When they see that Ron Paul may very well win Iowa, they are willing to disregard an entire state caucus.
They ignore that Paul is running a strong second place in New Hampshire.
They claim that Paul is a racist because of old newsletters that someone else wrote, in spite of the fact that Paul has disavowed them repeatedly and even black leaders have come to his defense.
For my part, I find such reactions humorous. Grasping at straws, telling lies, spouting off nonsense, and pushing more tyrannical laws (National Defense Authorization Act and TSA expansion, for examples), they try to keep the people under control, but the movement grows. Their every move to stop the revolution serves as fuel to the fire and they do not know what to do.

For the first time in a great many years, the political machine has reason to fear the American voter.
