Well GEE Perry, do you not read yor own states Ballot Access law in Texas, far worse than in Virginia

In Texas in order for a third party or Independent to get on the ballot it is far worse than in Texas compared to Virginia.

Here you go Rick,

Texas:
To run for Texas Governor as an Independent in 2006, Richard S. "Kinky" Friedman had to acquire 45000 signatures in 3 months, all of them notarized. He accomplished that, but found it almost impossible and claims it had never been done before.

"Activism: What grassroots strategies are you and your community taking to spread the message of liberty and freedom to the larger community? Share them with us!"

Given that your post does even come close to meeting this definition, why in the world did you post this in 'activism'?!?

I just uploaded the video of ballot access requirements in Texas

You would not believe the hoops that you have to jump through to get on the ballot.

If someone voted in the primary, they can't even sign your petition.

Huge amounts of signatures, all have to be Notarized

He might have a hard time getting enough signatures in Texas.

No one here in Texas ever admits voting for Perry, yet he keeps getting elected.

Funny you mention that.

My mother says that's the same exact thing that always occurred with Mary Jo Kopechne's killer, Ted Kennedy. Everyone always wondered who the heck voted for him, yet there he was....
