Rope a dope!

Has anyone noticed how quiet the campaign is regarding all of the hits pieces that seem to come out on a hourly basis these days? It seems that every single news source is now commenting on the newsletters, racism, antisemitism, etc.

I am beginning to think (hopeful is probably more apt) that the campaign is playing the ol' Ali v. Foreman rope-a-dope ploy.

Let them punch away until they are tired out, and then come back with such a flurry of shots that the good Dr. gets the final K.O. I am waiting in anticipation for the flurry of shots from the campaign!!!

RP and the campaign

are behaving as all winners do. They are paying attention to their own performance, not their competitors.

yeah, I too believe

the Doc is setting the game at his own pace, like "all winners do!"

so right.

I love how the Doc's adversaries have always underestimated his naturally talented political instincts, at their own peril. his speech pattern, age, professorial demeanor, hides the soul of a fiery warrior of the mind.

after awhile the RINOS, neocons & MSM endlessly attacking him are simply relegated to essentially talking to themselves, as their intended target is not responding to their whims & timing. plus, the audience, however a few eventually learn how over the top ridiculous they're being. even now, since direct attacks vs. the Doc has been a dud, they shifted to phase 2: guilt by associations. as yesterday's NYTimes article proved.

he's a sly ol fox!

Rope a dope?

Did I hear someone say rope a dope?

This cannot help but bring to mind the Rumble in the Jungle.
