It's called called conditioning the public

And there is NO way to PROVE these polls are false and the election results the MSM will be FALSELY reporting tomorrow night unless we have something like: http://transparentvote.net/ Without this the MSM WILL report Ron came in 3rd place tomorrow night!!!!!!Mark my words.

Trigger-Happy Santorum and the Red Button

If this poll is accurate, Santorum is primarily gaining votes from Bachmann. The warmongers in the party are simply switching allegiance since Bachmann doesn't stand a chance. Santorum's future is limited as well. We'll see how Santorum fares tomorrow after a day of Pauls illustrating the danger of a trigger-happy Santorum with a red button.

P.S. Iowans will experience some of the coldest weather so far this winter from today through Tuesday, but the temperatures won't be frigid by any means.
However, the arctic is experiencing very FRIGID weather currently. When the arctic begins to warm within the next month or so, look out lower 48 ... Get prepared! ;)

Funny protester

One occupy protester decided to show up to a Romney rally in Iowa. Of course, the media had to make her look stupid as she accidently backed into something on her way out. Go to 5:55

I had a kind of epiphany 2 months ago...

about the Iowa caucuses. It occurred to me that these Iowa caucus-goers are used to waiting until the last minute to vote. The huge portion of undecideds virtually stay that way until the event. Why? To them, that's what it's for. They can go and listen to all of the representatives and make up their mind. It reminds me of a place here in Memphis called the "House of Mews." Every Saturday evening they offer free wine to people who want to come and look at all the cats they have, usually catching a good buzz and going home with one (or more) of them.

These consumers want to be served. They want to be convinced by someone why they should vote for their candidate. Who do you think this will benefit? Us!!! Hugely, I think. It occurred to me that many of those who themselves don't even plan to vote for Ron Paul will end up voting for him on caucus day. I absolutely believe that, and I think it will happen in New Hampshire and afterwards. I could even see someone going into the booth with the intention of voting for one of these other clowns, and then (being overcome by conscience and the knowledge that no one is looking...) vote for Ron Paul instead. Any takers??

John F

Absolutely

I think the straw poll results back you up - we were polling well, but the results were nothing like the landslide that Paul and Bachmann wove in the end. If it's reported accurately, I have a feeling we're going to win in a landslide.

Bribe your friends with beer

Bribe your friends with beer after the vote if that's what it takes to drag them to a caucus. Vote now, party later!

This looks quite positive

Someone mentioned this already but I wanted to reiterate that Ron Paul was stronger on Sunday than Saturday. Romney was weaker and Santy stayed the same.

I don't know how statistically significant that would be, but it seems like a sign that the hemorrhaging from the MSM attacks have stopped. And that Santy is hitting some resistance. I would have thought Sunday church services would have helped Santorum.

@fivethirtyeight Sat: Romney 21, Paul 19, Santorum 18, Newt 14, Perry 10. Sun: Paul 21, Romney/Santorum 18, Newt 14, Perry 10

I didn't think people were this stupid

Rick Santorum??? Are you f'ing kidding.

Yes They Are: "Kidding"

Just in time... Santorum has magically surged to the top tier. Right as they announce they're moving the count and it will be in secret! Translation: Iowa GOP has been told to "get rid of Paul". Translation: Romney has NOTHING. Paul has a landslide. So the GOP can take the larger counties, shave off some of Pauls and spread them over to the other 2.
People need to RAISE HELL. WT Hell is going down in IOWA? I mean are they really scared of OWS people? Total bs. Just like they said the phone lines might get cut. The phone lines might get cut? Use the cell phone.
I didn't think people were that stupid either. So RAISE HELL over this secret ballot!!!!

They're simply prepping the sheeple for, if/when they STEAL it

while PPP has had the most favorable numbers for the Doc, as of late, traditionally, the Democrat Party pollster PPP has always had the worst poll techniques & results.

Gallup is pure establishment, from what I understand was initially established to push America into WWII. Plus their polls picked Dewey over Truman, that should tell people something about the accuracy of their methods. Well, so okay, it's debatable now: a couple of decades later, with better process & techniques... be that as it may, it's still the RulingClass' go-to poll company.

Zogby Poll is by far one of the most respected scientific polls in the world. but for the R3VOLution, only relatively 'okay.'

John Zogby (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Zogby), the eponymous founder of Zogby International is a Lebanese American who regularly contributes to Palestinian and other Arab charities; as most Lebanese Christians are Maronites or Catholics who clearly never forgot how Israel kicked out Palestinian refugees into Lebanon to foment their civil war that waged from 1975-1990, you'd think he'd favor Dr. Paul more, and less of a kiss-ass to AIPAC, but like Joseph Farah of WND, another Lebanese American Christian, for whatever reason (could be simply monetary or something more, who knows?), that's how both of 'em roll.

For Zogby, he's definitely against another war, but is not a non-interventionist by any means: he's FOR 'prudent' military & "humanitarian aid" to the region. So obviously, against the Doc's foreign policy on those grounds.

besides, many of you already know, that ALL polls are in fact "push-polls" where an intentionally designated set of people are specifically selected to be asked presumptive questions that will yield a specified range of numbers within a pre-decided margin.

all this 'news' of "sudden" Romney & Santorum surge is pure BS done to ameliorate their months of "Ron Paul is unelectable, cannot win, has a ceiling" propaganda to give the impression to the sheeple at large that the IA race is still fluid. And, basically to propagate the meme that 'see we were always right about Ron Paul & if he won, Iowa would've become irrelevant,' in case there ISN'T a Ron-slide in which the exit poll discrepancy with their phony numbers would be too high to lie about, in which case they won't be able to steal.

Fritz Wenzel (http://twitter.com/fritzwenzel), is the official RP2012 campaign pollster:

http://www.ronpaul2012.com/2011/06/28/ron-paul-campaign-scoo...

My guess is, the Doc's own internal polling has shown that they're more realistically around 25-36% in Iowa, post-November and on. And, considering how the Doc is no-nonsense straight shooter, you KNOW he'll only want brutal honesty with his polling data.

And frankly, even by the establishment/mainstream pollsters, NONE of the newsletters attack has done a thing to the Doc. That's an established fact, even by their own poll numbers. And IF that weren't so, they'd already be touting the fact that newsletter smear has hurt him. But they haven't, because let's be frank: GOP can careless about being PC, nor 'racism, bigotry, homophobia.' The only thing they are brainwashed to oppose is even a remote accusation of "anti-Israel=anti-semite" meme.

So, since the newsletters smear didn't work, for the likes of PPP results to be truly indicative, and lately since none of the RINO candidates have had a national platform like the debates to yack away against the Doc other than on CNN & MSNBC BS-nonsense that already people on the ground in Iowa has time and time again said it to the MSM 'reporters' own face that they don't trust them, that what a gathering of 10-40 people townhalls for Grinch & Santorum would harm the Doc's numbers?

IMHO, it's complete nonsense!

For their 'reality' to be true, all PPP would have to do is target and poll the people who just recently attended Grinch, Fachmann & Frothy rallies where they heard them malign the Doc with "Ron Paul is unelectable and dangerous and would let Iowa get nuked by Iran before he acts" blah, blah, blah, to be 'influenced' to agree with such nonsense. If so, it's relatively arguable that yes, the Doc's "favorability" numbers with those townahall attendees, if surveyed immediately afterwards, would drop like a rock.

IMO, the only thing that matters is how successful IA R3VOL would be on Caucus night to convince their neighbors, and how high the discrepancy is between exit poll numbers vs. already highly suspect secret central tabulation locale's numbers.

Ground truth says an overwhelming landslide, as the only attacks that even by MSM PR that has hurt the Doc are on the RINO support. But as we all know, for every RINO lost we gained two more independents, pissed off dems, and apathetic paleoconservatives & libertarians who would've otherwise never voted for GOP were it not for the Doc.

hell, honestly though, obviously in a perfect universe, none of us would even need to do the level of activism to convince so many people who are frankly an embarrassment to the very notion of a "grown adult" if they cannot even "read" people, tell who is or is not lying be it on TV or in person, who cannot be bothered to check & verify data or news to discern what is, or is not, fact from fiction.

to be a politically active adult with a checking account and having to pay mortgage, but never, ever bothered to look up how a single dollar is created by the Fed, or how inflation is killing their standard of living, or which a-hole they elected is destroying their wealth by which policy, in an era where we have the easiest access to most information at our fingertips the written human history has ever seen, is frankly astonishingly maddening.

it's like, to find out which candidate is lying about what, and who is actually telling the truth, it takes less time for them to log on NFL.com to check the latest score or player stats.

lord help us.

Prayers.

We will WIN this.

Believe it.

An idea whose time has come can not be stopped by any army or government-- Ron Paul 2012

Forget the polls. The key is organization.

Ron Paul, by far, has the best organization.

I think

that this poll is crap. The only reason for it was to bring santorum up so when the GOP Ttries to steal the votes from Ron Paul it will look more "legit"

Seems Ron would benefit from

Seems Ron would benefit from an Ad that points out he's the only one with a cost-cutting plan that actually funds our entitlement programs. His radicalism seems to scare a lot of seniors.

The Campaign Should Create That Ad

Points needed to be mentioned:

1. A chart showing Paul's 1 Trillion Cut compared to the rest of the candidates proposed cuts

2. Tell which 5 departments he would cut as a result of the 1 trillion budget cut.

3. Cut corporate taxes and eliminate other taxes such as capital gains, etc.

4. Tell that the cuts would be from overseas military and these departments and protecting medicare and social security in line with the option for opt outs of social security for the young.

Romney is definitely the insider choice.

Yahoo news is now pushing Romney.

The article has little mention of Paul or even Santorum. I think they're afraid of having taken this too far. The DON'T want a 3rd place finish for Mittens.

Guys, read the crosstabs on the poll. Dr Paul is killing it!
