I'm not sure today I'd call it
"The Gay Old Party" despite the various recent scandals, but I'm pretty sure when I was as young as he was I would-have, so it's fun to see anyway, and it's not like an opinion column joke will kill him or us. :) I think the question to ask is: "why are some of the Presidential candidates so-rude to such a principled man, even if they disagree with him, and would the American people deliberately pick a rude-y Republican over Hillary?" but I'm not Andy McCarthy of the National Review.
I have another question about the photo with Dr. Paul and the tractor, which I've seen a lot. What's the story behind that one? I guess tractors and pickup trucks look good in Texas politics, but I'd think his campaigns would have settled on some picture of the good Doctor wearing a stethoscope and holding the cutest baby possible. Does anyone know the story, if there is one, behind the tractor photo.
