I still remember the words of a play I was in the 4th grade...

"Gentlemen may cry, peace, peace...but there is no peace. Why stand here idle? Is like so dear or peace to sweet as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery?

Forbid it almighty God!

I know not what course others may take, but as for me...Give me liberty, or give me death!"

“Let it not be said that no one cared, that no one objected once it’s realized that our liberties and wealth are in jeopardy.”
― Ron Paul

Nice!

Nice!

Bump for Caucus Speakers

Please watch Tom Woods sample 2-3 minute video. It's very effective and to the point.

Also look at this list of do and do nots.

Remember, you're appealing to the undecided voters...not to those already committed to Ron Paul.

DON'T try to explain complex topics.

DO Appeal to their emotions.

This is worth reposting and rewatching

It is good for EVERYONE to be prepared to give an impromptu Ron Paul speech.

I had to do it New Year's evening! I walked into a kitchen and was ambushed into giving a speech on behalf of Ron Paul to about 10 people.

It wasn't as good as Dr. Woods, but I was prepared to tell them what they wanted to hear and answer all of their questions throughout the night. I'm pretty sure every single one of them will vote for Dr. Paul in the Ohio primary. (I didn't straight convert them, they all liked him but didn't know much about him).

Good for you!

Letting them know more about Ron Paul is what keeps recent converts from wavering. I'll bet you were great.

And you have my gratitude for your hard work.

This is a great suggestion

This is a great suggestion from Tom Woods. I do slightly disagree with him on one point. He says "Don’t waste precious time on platitudes that might be uttered by any of the other candidates; they’re all going to pay lip service to budget cuts and constitutional government, and it’s your job to differentiate Ron Paul from the others." But I think the speaker can very succinctly state that RP wants to slash the budget by 1 T now and not merely tinker around with small cuts from proposed budget increases like the others.

I figure it's a starting point.

And some great hints from TW. Still, you can take or leave what you feel like. I just thought if someone was stuck on what to say this might help break "speaker's block."

What say you, Iowa?

"[The establishment] will be deeply alarmed to realize that a large and growing segment of the population – many of them young people, who will be around a long time – has unplugged from them. Despite the worst smears that can be hurled at a political figure, not to mention a massive effort by cable news, some left-progressives, and plenty of fake-conservative talk radio hosts to misrepresent and demonize Ron Paul, he won anyway.

I’d say that kind of cold water in the face is just what CNN and its clones could use.

What say you, Iowa?"

--Thomas E Woods

Great quote!

Thanks, think I'll post it elsewhere.
