I love that he's yelling the whole speech, too. :)

He's got an accent but says "we," referring to Americans. So I'm assuming he is a naturalized citizen.

about this video...this friend by the way is a huge Ron Paul supporter...and he says he believes he is an African American. Here's what else my friend had to say:

"I've seen nobody say it like this African American says it.
Get this YouTube out to as many people as you possibly can.

Ron Paul is genuine;
Ron Paul is honest;
Ron Paul has been in Congress for many years and has enormous experience : he has a clear track record showing that he is:
for America first;
intelligent;
reliable;
consistent;
not bribed, moulded or bent;
has sound financial and economic knowledge like no other politician; (he forewarned the nation about the economic collapse years before it occurred but nobody listened)
is against waging wars;
interfering in the domestic affairs of other countries;
upholds the US constitution,
above all loves this country and its people.

Sometimes I think many foreigners can "see" what is happening in our country more readily than so many of our own citizens.
