My email to Sean Hannity in response to his interview with Rand
Submitted by sharkhearted on Wed, 01/04/2012 - 00:45Sean,
Your thinking is flawed. Yeah...I know you try to be tough with Romney on Romneycare and tough with Newt.
As you should.
But with the racist stuff with Ron Paul, please drop it. Ron Paul's record overwhelmingly supports the diametric evidence to the contrary!
Not so about Romney's big government healthcare issues or Newt's pathological and dangerous megalomania. Those are BIG issues
Also...please drop the foreign policy part about Paul.
He VOTED to go after Al Queda after the sept 11 attacks....so please, stop maligning his record on that by saying that he did "not support Afghanistan" or whatever the hell that is supposed to mean.
You certainly have a right as an American, I suppose, to vote for war, and to support sending thousands and thousands of our young people to an early death, and tens of thousands more missing a limb or half their skull.
But you know....at the end of the day...you have to sleep at night knowing you supported it. (I heard on your interview with Rand Paul today you "brag" about your support of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars).
Dislodge yourself from the Neoconservative War Machine Matrix, Hannity!
All the "other" candidates are part of it, including Barak Obama and even Hillary if she gets in the race.
It will feel better when you do! Because then, you can actually THINK for yourself...and then...you might come around to figuring out how to PROTECT our troops by NOT PUTTING THEM IN HARM'S WAY IN THE FIRST PLACE...you know the "humble foreign policy" promised and then betrayed by Bush in 2000...but one that Dr. Paul has been rightly preaching for THREE DECADES.
As I listen to you more, I am losing my respect for you, and definitely my listening capability. You come across as an Establishment Neocon, part of the machine, even though I know, ego aside, your heart is in the right place.
Oh...and by the way....I voted like this in my 46 years on this earth.
Reagan 1984
Bush 1988
Bush 1992
Dole 1996
Bush 2000
Bush 2004
McCain 2008
This year????
Its Ron Paul or bust, baby.
Put your ego aside....stop attacking the good Doctor...and admit you were wrong.
