The price of fear is the loss of Liberty
Terror! Terror! 9/11!! Fear is the only think that Gouliani can run on. Fear is what got us into this mess in the first place. I'm more afraid of getting hit by a beer truck than being killed by a terrorist. The fact that this video comes from a presidential candidate ought to be enough to scare everyone away from Gouliani.

Take out the crowd shots of Arabs and put in pictures of Guiliani, Bush, Cheney, Hillary, Tancredo, Romney speaking to crowds with soundbites, like double Guantanamo, or bomb holy sites, etc.... We have to stand up to Guiliani in the same way that we finally stood up to Joe McCarthy.

He squandered his own base. I was for Julie Annie until June
I was for Julie Annie until more than a month after his debate argument with Ron Paul.
I was one of those cheering for Julie Annie when he said that Ron Paul had made an "extraordinary statement".
But, over time, Ron Paul got me on the "individual rights" issue.
And, over time, Julie Annie showed that he was looking at taking more rights in order that "women and children are safe". What turned me against him in a heartbeat was a newsletter email he sent in June saying that he would enforce government control of Americans living overseas.
Yay!

I hope there are many more like you! That exchange made me want to slap Giuliani. He was simply waving the flag, knowing it would bring cheap applause. Paul was speaking truth, but the truth can hurt. I'm glad you were willing to accept it.

What a sad excuse for a human being Rudolf W. Giuliani is.
To effectively manipulate, exploit and prolong the psychological trauma brought about by the events of 9/11 upon the American Psyche is truly despicable. The "man" has no shame.
As many of you are aware, 9/11 was as much, if not more, a psychological attack as it was a physical attack upon the good people of America.
This "ad" is nothing but a shameless attempt by Rudolf to resuscitate his failing campaign through the use of fear of "another 9/11." But like the rest of the NeoCon Globalist establishment, Rudolf becomes the very thing that he purports to protect America from--a terrorist.
As Ron Paul has articulated before, more people die each month on America's highways and biways than perished on 9/11. That is not to diminish or minimize the loss of life suffered on 9/11. That is only to put into perspective that terrible loss and remind ourselves that we can only be terrorized if we succumb to our fears.
Obviously, Rudolf W. Giuliani wants Americans to submit to their worst fears.
The Honorable Dr. Ron Paul wants to lead with courage.

Remember when Tom Tancredo got BLASTED for his immigration ad for what the media characterized as using scare tactics? Think anybody will condemn Rudy for this? Highly doubtful.
As an aside, MSM has been running the new McCain ad often over the last day or so. While not as bad as the Ghoul's, it still tries to play up a climate of fear, IMO. God forbid these guys try to run on the issues. They're one-trick ponies.

I've actually seen comments online from people who feel that it has become necessary to elect a semi-dictator, and that they would welcome it. Every time I hear that school of thought it makes me cringe (after I pick my jaw up off the floor). I have to admit that back in the day, I used to think that it was acceptable to sacrifice some of our liberties for security. I am thankful every day that I discovered Ron Paul.
