Is now on my personal listening list, right up there with Lew Rockwell podcasts.

It takes a lot to make it to that list for me. But Jerry did more than endorse RP (which is nice but hardly a proof of his value)... He endorses the libertarian and RP's points of view which is what matters to me.

I have seen it a few times now. It seems to fit. Of course, Elmer Gantry was a lot slicker than this creepy Santorum could ever be... but the character played by Burt Lancaster "was able to go to bed admiring his own virtue" (one line from the 1927 screenplay) and that sounds like our little moralistic Ricky poo.

Jerry Doyle nailed it. This dork is a symbol of what is wrong with the Republican party, but he does represent a lot of the older generation. As Jerry points out, Paul is more appealing to the younger generation--and that does give me hope for the future. I think the Tea Party has both elements in it, but given time the Santorum element will literally die out. What will not die is the idea of liberty, and thank to Ron Paul that idea is here to stay regardless of who our next President may be.

As I watch (in horror) the lowest level of brainwashed, sheeplike, lack of even the TINIEST SHRED of rational thought kind of people answering the polls and voting in this election.

NO judge of character. NO understanding of issues. NO understanding of History. Freedom. Other Culture. Or AMERICA.

Not even the eensiest - teesniest - tiniest little NANOPARTICLE of ability to even understand who the hell they are supporting and why ...

When the candidates record, and their statements, and with even their personality over the years obviously *totally* represent the OPPOSITE of everything they joined their party to believe in and stand for ...

They don't see it. Like zombies.

So when the phone rings and these know nothing TV bred automatons pick it up, and some computer voice reads off a list of candidates ...

THEY CHOOSE THESE PEOPLE

Yeah. Sometimes I'm so freaked out inside and pissed off because it seems like a baaaad dream.

And then I listen to the Jerry Doyle show

And I know .. out of all the personalities out there that rap on the radio ... not only does this guy totally "Get It"

But he makes me laugh my ass off.

What a relief.

That there are some people out there with a bullhorn reaching out and merely calling attention to the obvious.

So that we can feel a little bit better every day.

My activism and phone banking has led me to to TRULY understand what my son (the brilliant on!!) has always stated in response to my honest desire to awaken and motivate ppl. He has counceled me to not to get emotionally invested in the outcome in the near future...to have patience, for, throughout history, there have always been those who embrace and are entirely comfortble with their serfdom and will resent those, like us, who hope to point out their shackles and help them to remove them. Remember the story of Moses and the Jews who wanted to return to Pharoah and their slavery.

Only when the bread and circuses runs out will the die hard serfs EVER get out the torches and pitchforks...that is until the bread and circuses are restored. It is an ancient mentality.

Embracing true Freedom and undersatnding the nature of LIBERTY requires a deep stirring in the heart and a rise in consciousness. It is this passion that fuels the Freedom movement. Many are now awakening and my son is astounded and pleased, but there will always be those who never get it, and are deeply threatened by the message we bring.
