NH Concord Monitor: Paul Makes Sense

Ron Paul

Ron Paul scares people. He embraces the radical ideas that we should pay our debts and mind our own business. His non-interventionist foreign policy is the same one advocated by George Washington - and foreign policy experts are actually agreeing with him now.

Democrats who voted for President Obama because he promised to end the wars are voting this year for Paul, who really will. His popularity continues to grow steadily, even in the face of false racism accusations and fake videos. He even has people in other countries supporting him because they know he will change the USA's reputation from international bully to good neighbor.

People are tired of voting for the lesser of two evils, especially when the difference is minimal. It's time for a good candidate, one who will defend our liberties and balance the budget.

What a great article! It's true, the only way the Republicans can beat Obama is with Ron Paul. Most Ron Paul supporters will not support another Neocon. The GOP is probably more of a threat to our freedoms than the Democrat Party. In truth, they work together to subvert the Bill of Rights and to keep the stealing ongoing.

The title makes it look like the Monitor STAFF is saying this, but this is NOT from the views of the editor or any official position of the paper. It is a letter to the editor.

I stand by my comment. The title is misleading.

Like I said the headline came from my heart.
It took perhaps 5 minutes between the moment I found this beautiful letter and posting it on DP.

We do need to be careful, however, with the claim that "the majority of our active military personnel support Paul". Undeniably, he receives more military contributions than all the other candidates combined, but that does not mean that a majority of military personnel support him.

It would be like saying that Amtrak carries more passengers than all the other long-haul passenger rail-lines combined, so therefore most Americans ride Amtrak. I daresay, most Americans have never ridden Amtrak, despite Amtrak's overwhelming market dominance.

Only a tiny minority of Americans, including Military, contribute even a penny to political races.

Letters To The Editor Bomb

Yes...yes it's so important people write letters to the editor of their local newspapers.
It is a very effective way to reach especially older folks many of whom don't even use internet.

The above letter is simply a masterpiece of logic and common sense.
How about making copies of this letter and giving it away to educate others? Give it to your friends co-workers...strangers.
