Is this Ron Paul's signature?

I purchased a photo from Ron Paul's 1988 Libertarian bid for POTUS. It has his signature on the back with the date September 20, 1988. How can I find out if it's the real deal?

I put it on Flickr:

It's POSSIBLE, but...

I doubt it. It looks to me that all of the writing on the back was by the same person. I have several Ron Paul autographs. They're all slightly different. However, I look at common points of the letters, shapes and similarities of loops and connecting of parts of the same letters, as well as distinct shapes of prominent letters- usually the first letter of each name (same with other celebrities, like Mickey Mantle's M's looked like sailboats). I believe all the writing on the back of the item in the FLICKR image were written by the same person, at the same time.

I was more impressed with the "VOTE RON PAUL" on the hand with the thumbs-up while shaking Obama's hand! THAT is priceless!

looks like

a girl signed it.

as in.....a female under the age of at least 16.

but who am i?

i'm kidding......i'll check it against my own signed stuff.

I just went to my bookshelf and checked a couple of books that

Dr. Paul signed in 2008. They were both signed at the same event, yet there is a noticeable difference between the two signatures.

Comparing them to the signature in question, I would say that someone else signed his name in your book. However, I can't be sure.

I have a letter from Ron

I have a letter from Ron signed to me.. they are no where near the same.

Oh how I wonder, oh how I worry
And I would dearly like to know
How all this squander of earthly plunder
will leave us anything to show

From all the photos

I've seen with his signature on it, I would have to say no, that is not his signature.

I think

maybe

I would say "no"

and why is the word "staff" on there? Dr. Paul's sig is very recognizable. Very Open letters..

If it isn't, at least I

If it isn't, at least I didn't pay much for it.

signatures tend to change

signatures tend to change throughout your life, you would need one from that time period to be sure.

I considered that too. Even

I considered that too. Even my signature has changed a little in the past ten years.
