I am beginning to believe most people are THAT dumb. Sure there is a coordinated manipulation effort, but the people on top rely mostly on people's ignorance! Simple stuff - too much debt - liquidation is inevitable, whether you allow it now or later with the destruction of the dollar?! What are they thinking?

I went down to the rally yesterday in West Columbia. RP needs to be spending everyday in SC !! We need big events and big turnouts. Very excited. People need to keep calling Kevin Cohen on WVOC... on the afternoon drive.

Back from 2008. I campaigned my heart out for RP only to see his message go right over the layman's head. The physics professor has a tough time teaching physics to someone barely graduating basic math. We have to make his message as clear as 2+2 and I'm sorry but "dumb it down" so the masses can comprehend it.

I'm 100% in support of Paul. Not so much in the way he delivers his message. God bless the guy... I want him in the damn White House and will personally take a bullet for him.

What a gravy train the interviews (ha) are becoming. Bring it on! Dr. Paul with his poised "you still old-school?" Swat those pesty flies. He's on fire! Great advertising.
So what if the hosts ask about our masses, demonstrators, demographics. kooky, yadda yadda, whatever. Dr. Paul is now steering his air time into intellectuals know they love liberty pep rallys. This is amazing stuff. The tide is turning. Arguments are for dummies. (sorry about that)

Curious, did anyone think that Fox stretched some time delay for effect or was Dr. Paul's slow response just him processing the question?

I was talking to a guy in my office how we had a good showing in NH last night and he said, you know what I was reading something recently and will support RP. I really think this last win may have brought significant legitimacy to RP's campaign all I hear on tv is how will the GOP bring RP's voters on board. Also he is not getting as slanted coverage in the media today. Its still not great, but it's better than it was.

where we live!! They are all ENGINEERS with over 20 years experience, the 4 people, essentially 8 total with THEIR spouses. It started with introducing the concept of Ron Paul the last election, but nobody wanted to vote for him, because they bought into the Media propaganda.

So, why the change now?

Ron Paul is right. The country IS changing. These high calibre engineers are fed up with the Republicans AND the Democrats, although they always leaned towards the Republican Party. However, it's the politicians' own fault, as they keet doing stupid things like NOT READING THE 1,000 page CONGRESSIONAL BILLS before voting on them. Nobody liked hearing that, since they have to work so hard for their own living! They all complained how worthless the politician's are, and how corrupt they are in taking the word of a "lobbyist" and having faith in them when passing bills that affect our entire nation! The engineers just couldn't get over that fact.

They ESPECIALLY didn't like the BANKING BAILOUTS & the Multi-billion dollar Wall Street bonuses~~none of them liked that at all. These people aren't stupid, and they don't have a hard time seeing the truth of these banking executives, and their knowledge also increased about the Federal Reserve. Of course, I talked about all these things anytime I could get a chance. But, just wanted to share this with you all.

These people lead very busy lives, oftentimes working 60+ hour weeks, so for them to start opening their eyes, and for the government entities to be doing things that drew attention to themselves, well, these are the kind of people you DON'T want to start asking questions. Engineers, once involved, are relentless with finding out what exactly is going on...it's good to have them on our side!!

Hi guys ive been a "hardcore" Ron Paul supporter for about 2 months now...ive always liked him but just recently a lightbulb went off while listening to him and i had to have more! so i watched every video of ron paul i could find and yes i fell in love :) now im on the outside looking in and i can see that Ron Paul is surely the only hope he is the only genuine, Non flip flopper, won't take a bribe to change the way he believes canidate....Now that you know my road to ron paul my question is IF RP gets 2nd in SC does he still have a good chance of taking the seat in the white house or does he need to start getting 1st places?

Welcome to the 'hardcore' R3EVOLUTION . No I do not think he needs to win 1st in SC of course to win the republican nomination he will eventually have to win but it is all about delegates and he has a good many!

Ron Paul had ZERO support of the nation and no one had heard of him when I started listening to him in 2000.

He has won already, the internet has broken the truth free it is only a matter of time now, of course we WANT that time to be NOW! However we should learn patience like the good DR has had for over 30n years.

I do have to commend Halperin though...he referred to Obama as "kind of a dick" on Morning Joe back in June...

But Halperin acted like one himself by trying to spin Ron's words. They never will learn....sigh..

I wholeheartedly agree that economic integration and the policy of war for peace is promoted by those groups. But not every CFR member is a utopian collectivist secretly employing machinations for a future world political union.

Undoubtedly and unknown to most, they all aide and enables those policies. They foolishly think they are doing the right thing. Tis is the way to manipulate man into doing evil deeds. Road to hell paved with good intentions etc.

But individually they are not evil. They know not what they do. Charlie Rose is one of the rare places on TV to get full unfettered interviews with people. He's not an evil person. Maybe educated by propaganda and a victim of the foreign policy establishment but he is not a bad guy.

The question looks like sarcasm and tries to demean the congressman but he answered it spot on. It certainly is a lot of people supported him. And highlights like this will keep on getting bigger as the idea and the message spreads like wild fire.

We know that Gingrich, Santorum, Perry and Huntsman have no chance due to lack of broad popularity and failure to get on all the ballots in all the states.

It is Paul vs. Romney.

The Obama team is just ITCHING to go up against Romney, because he is perceived to be the "rich, fat cat, Wall Street, greedy bastard who got us into this mess."

And back in 1994, when Romney ran for the Senate, Ted Kennedy put together a TV ad about Romney's company, Bain Capital, being BAILED OUT BY THE GOVERNMENT, WITH ROMNEY & FRIENDS POCKETING MILLIONS.

I just watch 360 with Anderson Cooper, they talked about SC for about 20 minutes, they mentioned every candidate BUT, RON PAUL! They did say that RON PAUL was taking a few days off at the beginning of the segment, but that was it! I SURE HOPE the Campaign is not taken time off & I also hope they keep their eyes on the MEDIA, while Ron is taking a short break! I see ANOTHER BLACKOUT/SMEAR Coming while the Good Doctor is away!

Head Start

I am disappointed that Ron Paul didn't just come out and say, "Yes, we should zero out Head Start." It sounds like one of those good, liberal, untouchable programs but the brute reality is this:

There is no evidence that Head Start provides any long term educational benefit for the children that enroll in the program. All measurable improvements disappear within a few years. Sad but true.

Head Start is an excellent example of how liberals refuse to let reality interfere with their good intentions. Ron Paul should know better.

I thought he made it pretty clear that it was unconstitutional, but it wouldn't be on the top of his priority list.

When 90% of what the government does is unconstitutional, you can't exactly make every part of that 90% your focus. While that should be cut, there are bigger things to focus on...to Ron's point.
