Linn County

It was in Linn County, in the middle right of the state. I checked the map at politico, scrolling over all the counties, and he suddenly had something like ~3518 votes for that county. Then, he went back down to ~2XX in the county.

PBS

The PBS website is showing that Ron Paul is currently in 5th with 10% with 74% of the precincts reporting. I'm not really happy with this number but we will see how things go. The rest of the results,

Huckabee - 34%
Romney - 25%
Thompson - 13%
McCain - 13%
Giuliani - 4%

From what I can tell

everything was above board. Thank God, my speech swayed some voters.
Rudy? Nothin but a line of zeros here. He came in last by a landslide.

Something's most certainly rotten in the state of Iowa...

How is it that some of the precincts aren't even showing Ron Paul, while Duncan Hunter shows up, even though he has 0%? This is very disconcerting. Something is definately not right. A few thousand votes makes the difference between 3rd and 5th. This is surreal.

i noticed that too, pretty

i noticed that too, pretty freakin odd.

Rudy's rollback

Rudy went from 3% to 11% and back to 3% within 10 minutes. That's just fishy.

Really Strange...

I had to check in here to see if I wasn't seeing things. Watching the Carroll County Event on C-Span looked pretty straight up but it may have been planned that way. Maybe it was just a typo the was corrected, but I have my doubts... especially Fred's numbers.

Yeah,

this is very bizarre. How does someone's vote tally go down 2000 votes as more precinct reports come in? Something doesn't smell right.

Somebody must have entered a

Somebody must have entered a result incorrectly. It happens, it used to happen more often before computers become popular.
I remember the results for mayor in my hometown (150,000+ people). The radio gave the results ward by ward and then announced the totals. I added the results and came up with a different total (it changed who won). A few minutes later they caught the mistake. Nothing underhanded, just simple human error.

It was a Linn County typo

I saw it shrink between reloads. It had been the only county showing Giuliani doing in the top three (he was #1 there by a large margin), and it was corrected after a reload.

The Iowa GOP site, supposed to be coordinating with Google melted down, couldn't show the live results. Google themselves aren't showing the live results like they planned.

All set up, no live data:
