What script are you using for calls for Paul?Submitted by Mell_o_Drama on Wed, 01/11/2012 - 17:11
Not suggesting that there are different scripts other than the 1s you have, but are you doing it effectively? You MUST mention you're a volunteer, not leave it out. Not b/c the script says/ doesn't say to do it, but b/c the person you've called could have a totally different impression of a volunteer vs. employee. In other words, if the voter thinks an employee called them, ho humm. If the voter thinks a volunteer called me, they'll think, wow! Ron Paul has volunteers that are willing to do this? People must be really devoted to getting Ron Paul elected & his agendas/ campaign themes work for them. There are hardly any phone calls of this type made for free, by non-employees. It would be a real change of pace for the voter to think that a volunteer called them & not an employee. It really stands out in this tough economy when people are willing to volunteer to help get a candidate elected instead of looking for a job.
Ok, keep calling.
