Video: CNN reporter Dana Bash gets "Snowballed" by Ron Paul supporters

Here's our video of CNN reporter Dana Bash receiving some choice words from supporters after the primary rally on January 10th in NH. Perhaps Ms. Bash should have taken notes from Sean Hannity before maligning the good doctor:

Awareness fail

She did say it. The video is posted on this site somewhere. Unless all those people had the same illusion simultaneously, you should search for what she said before you post.

NO. Stop it. This is really

NO. Stop it. This is really stupid and needs to end. How old are you people? Don't let your emotions get the best of you.

I've re-posted this many many times and I will keep posting it despite the trolls looking for controversy.

As far as her "just like I am" comment. Get real. It was very poor wording. She's not concerned about Ron Paul. She's concerned about her own career and getting the scoop.

"...Ah but in terms of the long term, there is no question... I'm sure you have talked to Republicans who are worried, as well -just like I am, uh that Ron Paul will continue on, long into the spring and summer..."

She is, not-so-clearly, trying to say that John King has talked to Republicans just like she is doing and heard the same sentiment.

Let me rearrange her mess of a sentence so maybe rational people might see this from another much more probable angle:

"...Ah but in terms of the long term, there is no question... I'm sure you have talked to Republicans, as well -just like I am, uh who are worried that Ron Paul will continue on, long into the spring and summer..."

People wake up and stop obsessing over this stuff. There are intentional smears that are fair game and then there are just plain mistakes which make us look like fools when we cry out.

Stop posting new topics about this crap. Attacking this CNN anchor is only going to hurt Ron Paul. Do something productive.

Time for an Email

Sounds like Dana Bash reads and appreciates our emails.

I'm newly motivated to help her realize she=holds an unreasonable bias that prevents her from objectively presenting the news!

BLOWBACK!

BLOWBACK!

“Let it not be said that no one cared, that no one objected once it’s realized that our liberties and wealth are in jeopardy.”
― Ron Paul

Indeed.

Blowback will ensue if we keep annoying the media with false accusations like this.

Blowback for us?

I think those folks were paraphrasing. I think everyone on here advocates truth or they would not support Dr. Paul. CNN, as well as most other MSM networks, are biased against our president (Paul). The media is fully exposed and I'm sensing you have a "soft spot" for them.

Good day

false accusations? Are you

false accusations? Are you in the right forum?

Did you not see the HIT JOB she did on Dr. Paul about the diner incident? OR...the HIT JOB about how Dr. Paul's foreign policy was dangerous as she was interviewing the US soldier at the Iowa caucus? Then during that interview as the soldier began to tell the truth, CNN amazingly has "video difficulties".

Yeah...fair and balanced all right.

The fact is that hacks like her and the rest of the media are out asking retarded questions to Dr. Paul when they should be covering things like the NDAA, SOPA, and Enemy Expatriation Act.

He's a troll.

It's clear. All the signs are there.

Mods. Cleanup in aisle 403.

To put things in perspective...

Imagine how nervous and afraid Iranians are due to the ideas the establishment propagates.

I think it's the karmic destiny for these people to feel disempowered, victimized, nervous and afraid.

Anger is our primal instinct, but it's better that our actions are stern and mature while retaining a sense of empathy and at times good humor if we are to lead others to the light.

That was a terrible piece

Bash should have asked Paul "What are your thoughts on the lady who said you likely lost her vote because you couldn't shake her hand because the media ran you off?"

If Bash was not interested in attempting to inflame or bash Paul with her actual question, then she is quite simply too dim to take seriously.

An interview or 'News' from a Bimbo is and interview or 'news' from a Bimbo.

Bimbo? really?

Who are you, Rush Limbaugh?

So "bimbo" offends you, but

Not the other four letter words you dropped?

Dana Bash gets bashed

She should start practicing this,"Welcome to Mc Donalds, may I take your order please."

Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom must. like men, undergo the fatigue of supporting it.-Thomas Paine

The R3volution requires action, not observation!!!!

HAHA

and maybe her kids will have to earn extra money cleaning the toilets at school!

just in case you didn't catch the irony...

I'm obviously kidding.

Fuck off if you are serious. Go hang out with Mitt and Newt if you want to laugh about poor people cleaning toilets and working at McDonalds.

News flash shady guy:

WE ARE ALL POOR. C'mon man!

that piece made my Friday.

that piece made my Friday. She is nasty acting.

"but they don't see anything else"...

no, we see perfectly clearly. We've become experts on spotting hit jobs by the media.

That thing is truly

That thing is truly disgusting!

NEED TO SERIOUSLY SNOWBALL Lawrence O'Donnell

Lawrence O'Donnell, MSNBC has been the very worst of all the anti-Paul Media hitmen.

He instructed viewers that Ron Paul's 2nd-place finish in New Hampshire was a non-story and did not count right on the air, and that Jon Huntsman was the offical second-place winner and the real candidate that finished directly behind Romney last Tuesday. Just ignore the numbers (election) folks, and listen to what I tell you.

He also has called Ron Paul a fraud right on air, and aggresively peddled the racist line of attack.

He has also falsely claimed that Ron Paul wants to terminate Social Security as soon as he got into office, that he is an 'isolationist', and has deliberately mischaracterizes all of his positions.

Lawrence O'Donnell is the target that really deserves to be seriously snowballed, and taken to the woodshed.

"We're very very objective."

That was hilarious..she said it with a straight face.

IT IS EMBARRASSING

that the TRUTH is, she didn't say anything wrong.

I do agree she COULD have a bias against Ron Paul. Duhhh.

BUT, this particular incident does NOT show that.

GRAMMATICAL AMBIGUITY.

GRAMMATICAL AMBIGUITY.

GRAMMATICAL AMBIGUITY.

GRAMMATICAL AMBIGUITY.

The impact of Ron Paul is slowly growing past the point that it can be ignored. The ONLY thing that can stop it now, is itself. Please don't allow that to happen.

I'm glad that most of the people in the video were relatively pleasant, and not rude.

But the truth is, commenting "OMG YOURE SO BIASED" and "THIS IS A SHAMELESS HIT PIECE FOR THE BRAINWASHED MASSES" on every article that isn't 'Judge Napalitano-like', is suicide.

Annoying the shit out of these reporters when they're in your town is obnoxious. Have a real point if you're gonna talk to them, and be ready for a conversation. Don't just recite BS at them like a protester.

Talk to them like they are people, because they are, and they DO APPRECIATE when you are respectful, thought provoking, and not a d-bag. One little comment on the news, or in an article can have an impact either way for us. Right now the majority are negative, but were starting to get more positive mentions here and there.

Our big voter base problem is older voters right? If there's one thing old people care about, it's being respectful. Even if it seems stupid to us, it will count BIG with them.

Be realistic, stop with the double standards and hypocrisy, recognize the TRUTH, even if it HURTS. Learn from it, and step your game up.

Ron Paul 2012

psnow's picture

Hey, I'm an 'OLD PEOPLE'

And I think showing a little respect (which I agree is key here)is reciprocal. They give a little - we will give a lot. I'm sure of it. Until then though, I don't see any hypocrisy in calling them out. THEY are suppose to be the professionals; right? It's very hard to hear Dr. Paul be denigrated time after time and not be offended. Besides, time is getting late in this game to let these things just slide.

I knew I had had enough when I heard John King introduce Dr. Paul before an interview as being 79 years old. Little thing? Maybe. Accidental, I don't think so. We just can take so much. A little respect, indeed.

"I just want to live in a free country" - Dr. Ron Paul

Cursing makes your

argument null and void IMO. Grow up.

I can see your concern for

I can see your concern for the possibility of a trend to over-react but I'm really proud that these people spoke up. It's time that people are heard, even people who support Ron Paul and decry this reporter's attempt to discredit and demonize him. They were not rude. They were not obnoxious. They responded quite effectively to power driven bias and abuse of that power.

Being 'proud of people

Being 'proud of people speaking up' is not going to win a nomination.

Especially when they are speaking up for something that's untrue.

She didn't say anything wrong in the sentence everyone is complaining about.

I'm for the TRUTH before I'm for Ron Paul.

Luckily they usually come together, that's why I support him. But if they don't, I'm not going to lie about it.

The news report that got her in hot water...

I watched it a few times (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uXuceZO4YTM)

I can honestly say I believe she flubbed her words and she meant to say

"...im sure you talk to republicans who are worried, just like i am [talking to republicans], that ron paul will continue on..."

She messed up but don't be too hard on ourselves. If she said this about Romney his people would call her out too.

she's also married to John King...

maybe talking to her husband on the air made her slip a little too

I believe Ms Bash said

I believe Ms Bash said 'talking to Republicans who are worried, "as am I",...' but I'll listen to the tape again.
